Carne ottima e sempre calda per tutto il pranzo, servita a tavola con pietra lavica bollente che ti permette di gustarla con tutta calma.Molto buoni anche i contorni, dalle patate alle verdure.Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Don't let the menu card fool you. It sure doesn't look like much, but WOW... I wasn't quite sure what to order, but after a brief talk with the chef (mostly single words and sign language since I don't speak Italian) I went with spaghetti with tomatoes and basil for a starter, followed by THE BEST pork (Italian: maiale) I have ever tasted. Slow cooked for three days, and served with the freshest roasted potatoes. Just wow. My girlfriend had the pizza, which was also fantastic. We also got to try a range of the chef's home made pork sausages before our meal. A truly fantastic meal in very authentic setting. Would LOVE to visit again, and cannot recommend enough. Price wise, it was also an absolute bargain at less than 25 euros for two people incl wine.

Conoscevo il locale ed erano anni che ci mancavo.Buoni gli antipasti, per fortuna sono quelli della tradizione irpina e non si sbaglia mai. Primi deludenti, dico primi perche ne abbiamo presi due diversi per provare. Mi dispiace ma la cottura della pasta era fuori dagli standard (possibile precottura) i sughi erano buoni ma in Italia e per di più nel sud, mangiare pasta scotta slegata dal proprio condimento è deludente. I secondi discreti, carne fredda per essere stata sulla griglia ma di buona qualità . In sostanza, ingredienti buoni ma probabilmente trascurati nella fase di confezionamento. Il vino benchè anonimo è di fatto un buon vino da tavola, un aglianico credo. Il prezzo ottimo ma era forse meglio qualche euro in più e una migliore qualità complessiva.
