The food was good, but the waiter (tattoo-guy) seemed drunk and forsed us 4 to take the same food however nobody else was in the restaurant. He pushed us to take more drinks and food than we wanted. After a discussion, another waiter took over and we spend a wonderfull dinner in Il Vicolo.

We came here after a suggestion of some local people. Typical Italian restaurant. Great thing - no tourists to be seen. Fast paced chaotic pizzeria/pasta place. It is recommendable to book in advance, since they appear to be full all the time. Noe of the waiters spoke Italian but that was not a problem. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere. The food is really good, and extremely cheap for Italian standards. Service is very fast. Definitely worth checking out - great value for money. Will be going back if we go back to Arezzo someday.

We had enjoyed too many rich meals and were looking for something simple. This was the ultimate good choice, simply perfect pizza, served promptly and the pizzeria was warm which was great on an unseasonably cold May evening! Service was prompt and friendly enough. Recommend.

Make the effort to find this gem of a pizzeria in an unassuming side street just the other side of the station. This is true pizza napoletana. The environment was casual and friendly as a pizzeria should be. We had a marinara and a margherita that would be at home in Via Tribunale. The crust was perfectly chewy and crisp, the toppings fresh and everything cooked to perfection in a forno a legna. I thought about this meal for hours afterward.

Ok, you can usually find an American hamburger joint in most big foreign cities, but don't eat them at home so finding a great cheeseburger in Italy is sometimes difficult, especially when cheddar cheese seems to not exist! During our year long stay in 2012 and again with our month long stay in Cortona now, we have found many restaurant have added hamburgers to their menu, but none we found offered cheddar cheese except for Ristoburger in Arezzo, about 20 minutes away on train and well worth the trip. We went on Monday and they were closed, as are many shops in the area so we returned on Thursday and were delighted to find the cheeseburgers and disk type fries were just as good as we remembered! Love Italian food, but every now and then you need a cheeseburger, this is definitely the place! Easy to order il cheeseburger on menu, no guessing. Pizzeria del Borgaccio is a great little place, it is fresh, delicious and inexpensive a typical small town Italian bakery. Great place for breakfast or dinner. Our breakfast included - 3 cappuccinos, 1 espresso, 4 croissant, 4 pizza bites and a bag of cookies all for under â¬7.00 fresh, delicious and all ordered without a word of English. The people are great, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. Pizza Margherita starts at â¬3.00. Great place worth a visit.

Very good for all kind of dishes. Can recommend the pizzas especially, but also the grilled meats were very good. Great, friendly service. Reasonable priced for quality and class. Relaxing terrace with some views of the mountainside. Went there twice in one week.
