Iâve been there twice. The food is wonderful Good service We went back with friends and it was even better. They have several types of adult beverages. Maybe 20-25 different liquors. This is very unusual for the area. I understand they are talking to jazz musicians from all over and are planning on having world class jazz on some nights.i highly recommend this establishment

The restaurant is associated with the local Grecia football club, which no longer exists. However it over looks the current Grecia football team's stadium - Estadio Allen Riggioni Suarez. It has a good traditional Costa Rican menu. Casados are nice plates with meat, rice beans, cooked banana, salad. It has plenty of tables, a bar, and TVs. Good recommendation.

On arrival in a dark Grecia we looked around for somewhere to eat that didn't ONLY serve fried chicken. We were in luck with Macho as it also served pizza. The pies themselves were fine and seemed cheap for the size...don't expect any alcohol to be served, though.

We often eat at Momentos when we are near Naranjo. Today we stopped by for lunch. We shared a Ceviche, then my wife ordered the chicken rice and I ordered the fish. The ceviche was excellent. Both other dishes were pretty good.

This was my second visit - I liked it so much the first time, I too friends who were visiting from the US there - and they were delighted with the serviceand, especially, the food...everything on the menu tastes great (however, don't go "American", try the typical Costa Rica dishes!)

We had a late lunch here and it was super good!! The Casado with fish, pancake Cesar & spaghetti with red sauce were all very good. And the lady who owns it is so very nice ! The place looks a bit dark and odd from outside, but the food & host are so worth a visit !Only downside: the plastic table cloths could use a bit more soap or cleaning. (And it was very warm in the sitting area.)

Don Felipe was a wonderful find. While driving through Sarchi, we discovered it as we were looking for where the coffee carts were made, which is next door. The fare focuses on local meats and dishes. The menu also offers tasty fruit drinks which are made on-site every day by the owner. The portions were good sized, even to the point that my carnivore teenage sons were filled with their meals. Their specialties are meat dishes. They also offered locally prepared hot sauce condiments as well.Their prices were also reasonable on the flavorful local dishes they offered. On our next trip to Costa Rica, this Don Felipe's will be on our list of good places to eat.The setting of the restaurant with open air dining and scenic views among the mountains of Costa Rica was refreshing. The staff were friendly and able to communicate with us in English. Although they were friendly and hospitable, they were not the most knowledgeable about where to find other local items. I asked where to find some locally made cigars, and they told me that they did not know of any place that sold them. I went next door to the large cart store and found what I was looking for. Besides offing local Costa Rican dishes, they also offer Costa Rican coffee for sale.

Located in the mountains northwest of Costa Rica`s Central Valley this secluded restaurant offers a great "must-stop" location on your way to or from Bajos del Toro. The place offers great typical Costa Rican cuisine, very good service and an incredible view of the valley.

We were visiting Costa Rica from Miami and pleasantly spent two days in Grecia. The owners of Yayaz Hotel (where we stayed at) highly recommended this restaurant to us and they were very assertive by giving us that advice. The food was extremely good and the waiter that took care of us last Sunday night was a real kind gentleman. His excellent service, great attention, and awesome professionalism are to be very highly commended. We also talked a little bit with the waitress that was taking care of another table and she was also very pleasant and friendly. Muchisimas gracias a los dos por su colaboracion y muy agradable actitud!Thank you very much for your visit and taking your time for writing on our space on TripAdvisor.
