Nightmare Hotel
Reviewed By RalphB1098This hotel is way overprized. You pay a lot of money for very little… The location was oke and there are enough parking spots, but these are the only good things I can mention. The beds were really bad, not big enough and your back hurts after a night on the bed. There was mold in the shower, you could not open the shower door when entering it. The hotel is very, very noisy. We could hear our neighbours talking and watching television the whole night and just while i got asleep, i woke up because of all of the noise from opening the breakfast. Also the hotel had too much visitors, therefore I (and many others) could not relax in a chair at the pool. The employees of this hotel are unfriendly and the owner is very arrogant. The breakfast has not much options. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Reviewed By AnBerniWorst Golfhotel and way to expensive !!!! The service in the hotel sucks, as they are in general unfriendly and they don’t care about the guests. The service personell in the Clubhouse and Hotel should learn about service for the customer. The breakfast is not worth a penny, we had better breakfast in B&B Hotels all over the place - to name that buffet is a big joke. But we would accept a bad breakfast but combines with that bad service staff - not acceptable at all!! The Golf restaurant has good food but unacceptable service personell. The whole hotel and resort just benefits Golf-Course, the only thing to mention police about this place. We hat a family celebration here - next time we spent our money at a better place.

THE HOLIDAY FARM OFFERS GUESTS COMFORTABLE ROOMS AND WARM AND RUSTIC APARTMENTS.THE FARM IS SURROUNDED BY A LARGE GARDEN WITH RELAX AREA FOR USE BY CUSTOMERS DURING THE SUMMER. PROPERTY IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE RESTAURANT OWNED BY THE OWNERS.CORTE LA SACCA IS A FEW MILES FROM LAKE GARDA AND THE MAIN TOURIST AREAS SUCH AS PESCHIERA, SIRMIONE AND DESENZANO. RECOMMENDED EXIT: A4 SIRMIONE.
Good base for Garda area

The owners which live next door have built a very worm and welcoming place and next summer also a pool will be available. The rooms are rather simple but big and modern. A bit of hot water problem. Plenty of space for parking and picnic areas around. Excellent base for Garda area with the lake, Gardaland park, big shopping mall all within 20 min. drive. The owners are extremely freindly and helpful despite basic English. They saved us 50 EUR for tickets to Gardaland park by directing us to a tour office in the village which still had discounted tickets available. No way we would discover this by ourselves. Breakfast simple and nice. Most recommended!!

The Agri Relais MO&MU is immersed in the hills and it offers a large park that blends with the surrounding nature, a large swimming pool, and today after the last renovation, 11 rooms, each with its character, large, open on the horizon, furnished with extreme care and completed with paintings and design objects made by Lorenzo. 5 large and functional apartments, a flowered pergola, everywhere attention and care to the details. Finally, the Restaurant was born after the meeting with Lorenzo Bernardini, back from important experiences in the world of cooking (Michelin Stared), art, painter with several exhibitions in Europe as well as an architect. Lorenzo’s arrival in 2010 constitutes a new impulse and born the ‘’Muliner’’, THE RESTAURANT.

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed in a friendly manner and were allowed to check-in the next day without any complications. the room is overwhelming, very spacious, well furnished. we had the big room which has two balconies, which was a dream for us. When we opened our curtains in the morning we realized what a lovely place we have ended up in. you are embedded in your own winery, which, by the way, is a wonderful wine. the garden is beautifully tended and the large trees offer shade instead of parasols. a wonderful swimming pool awaits you, we sat on the stairs in the pool for hours and were happy to have found paradise on earth. the whole property is beautifully maintained from a to z and you can feel how much love the owners and the lovable employees invest in it. The place is in a perfect location, it is quiet for those looking for silence, but in a maximum of 10-20 minutes you can reach beautiful places such as Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio sul Munzio, etc. right next to the room is a wonderful restaurant, we were delighted and deeply touched every day. this passion for the food with which you conjure up fantastic dishes. those who like to drink wine should definitely be surprised by the very knowledgeable staff, they know exactly which wine is perfect for which dish. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful experience, grateful that we were received in such a friendly way, grateful for the love everywhere which you cannot miss. we didn't want to go anymore, so we liked it. so we come back over and over again, it was a perfect vacation. Reviewed By Hayley WI cannot put into words how this hotel surpassed my expectations. It is beautifully clean, extremely comfortable, with a fantastic host. The building is beautiful and the rooms well equipped. I had the ground floor room near the front door, which I thought may have been noisy, I needn't have worried, it was very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast has a great selection and was delicious. I just can't believe this hotel isn't at least double the current price.

Wow. We didn’t even get to the hotel and cancelled for the rudeness during the booking process
Reviewed By Lella533I’m glad to say we didn’t have the honour of visiting this place as we were so dismayed at the bad attitude and manners of the owner over our email booking we cancelled the stay. He doesn’t have a clue about how to treat customers, the passive aggressive and unprofessional nature of the emails I received, also evident in the replies I’ve now seen to others here on tripadvisor who have given unfavourable reviews, totally put me off. I won’t touch this place with a barge pole. One of the insulting, sarcastic comments I received insinuated I might not know how a hotel works (all we asked was whether it was possible to have a mattress in one of the rooms for a 1 year old child since the hotel were not able to provide a cot because the only one they had was already booked. If one doesn’t agree with this as a viable solution - bearing in mind that the guests’ only main concern was that their baby doesn’t fall out of bed and hence the question - then a diplomatic response, such as ‘no we can’t do that I’m afraid’, would have sufficed). Well I’ve worked with one of most successful hotel chains in the world in growing their business and their key selling point is quite simply good old common courtesy and the highest degree of customer service. It doesn’t cost anything to be polite. The unnecessary rudeness just cost this person three hotel rooms, after all the area isn’t exactly scarce of good accommodation options. I just booked somewhere else.
