We have been assessing the consistency of this little place for a few months now. Home delivery in all but one case has been delivered earlier than the estimated time, the food was always hot, copious and of excellent quality. Yes, it's just another takeaway, but if you like a really nice chicken shish kebab, it's the place to go. We have tasted all but the Doner Kebab, which we don't like anywhere, and can honestly say that we have not been disappointed. Neither would you be! We cannot speak for the burgers, fish & Chips etc. etc. but for kebabs,... Spot on!

My husband and I were walking home from church this afternoon and happened to see this amazing restaurant. Iâm so glad we walked home a different way. The service was lovely and friendly and advice was also given. We had the jackfruit tacos and a cheeze toastie. OMG!! The flavours and textures were just amazing. I enquired about the âcheezeâ that was used in the toastie and the lady in the kitchen told me it was homemade!! Homemade cheeze which was melty and scrumptious. I canât wait to go back. â¤ï¸

Called in with my teenage son and used an offer for 3 footlongs. Never dissapointrd. Always friendly helpful staff. There seemed to be a few trainees today, who again were very friendly and helpful. Took our footlongs home to eat and family were very happy. This is my local subway and the one I tend too use due to the fact that U am always served by friendly helpful staff every visit.

Nothing like a great fish and chip shop. This is one of them. Never had a bad meal here - and the staff are always friendly and polite. In fact, we go out of our way to come here as the food is so consistently good! Best in Plymouth.Definitely one to try, if you haven't!

This is the best Indian take away ever, the food is delicious, the service is quick yet food remains excellent. The delivery service drivers, and the telephone order staff are all really cheerful, and helpful. Cannot fault the Guru.

Ordered 3 pizzas on recommendation, veg, Hawaiian and pepperoni never again. Too much cheese on the pizza and very bland. One of the pizza wasnât cooked properly, raw dough under a heap of cheese. We waited over an hour for our order. I called them to let them know that the pizza wasnât cooked. I didnât want a refund or more pizza, but the person who answered the phone was very rude and told me I can assure you they are cooked properly and no apologies.Having spent the last 35 years of my life giving a good service to my customers with the highest standards ever known in the business, I am astonished at this comment . Upon your call to complain I did my best to offer you a way to remedy the problem and to see how we went wrong on this occasion. You refused point blank to allow me to rectify the problem and provide you with a solution. My behaviour with you was nothing short of excellent and professional. I was never 'rude' to you in any manner, shape or form and I apologise for making you feel that way inadvertently.I always strive to give a good service to my customers, and Ridgeway Pizza has a long standing reputation for excellence in this field. Our pizzas are freshly made on the day and freshly cooked. Sometimes we get things wrong and we do our best to rectify the situation there and then. A happy customer is important to any small business. However, this could only be achieved by a full cooperation of the aggrieved and unhappy customer. If you shut the door of communication and refuse to allow me to see where the mistake was and to offer you a good customer service, there is no other alternative left for me to satisfy your needs.Our pizzas are cooked at 520 degrees on a conveyor oven on a static time from entry to exit , so there is no chance of a pizza being undercooked or overcooked for that matter. We ordered a big portion of cod and a big portion of cod and chips. The pieces of fish were enormous, nicely battered and really tasty. The chips were good too. One portion was enough for 2. It was very quiet in the late afternoon. We didn't have to wait long and the meal was served piping hot. The only negative thing was the dirty floor.
