The BEACH CHA AM Guesthouse & Residence is a friendly and relaxing place in a modern and pleasant style. Totally renovated in 2016. The beach front is at only 100m from the Guesthouse. A large lobby and and Lounge bar where are served breakfast, snack, drinks (cocktails, spirits, soft drinks). 40 rooms offering air condition, free wifi, minibar, cable TV, free coffee/tea facilities, kittle, daily housekeeping, towels and free toiletries, private bathroom with hot shower. 15 superior double rooms with balcony and sea view 9 standard double rooms (3 rooms have a private terrace), 4 family rooms (2 double beds) 1 triple room (1 double bed + 1 extra bed) 5 economic double rooms (no window) The reception is open 24/24 and can provide tours and taxi reservation, laundry service, assistance in any case. All the team is ready to welcome you in Cha Am for a nice stay at The BEACH CHA AM Guesthouse & Residence.

If this street is not to your liking, book somewhere else, all hotels are reasonable. Room was EXCELLENT. Cleaned every day, bed linens and towels changed daily. We are just making our THIRD reservation to this EXCELLENT hotel. Thank you Frederic and staff......

better communication could avoid disappointment
Reviewed By rainerstaubfirst the good things. the staff is nice and friendly. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the location is quiet dispite the road that passes between the hotel and the beach. the pool area is nice, and the beach mostly too. now to the part that makes the hotel just average. when we booked via booking.com it was said that a good breakfast is included. when we arrived we were told that the breakfast buffet was canceled. nobody said why and because of covid cant be the reason, especially because the measurments would allow a buffet. the breakfast that got served to the room (to chose frome a menue with 4 different sets) was poor and not really nicley cooked. and the coffee was oversweetened instant coffee. not really what i expect from a 4* hotel.

Reviewed By S2004UIpeterrVery nice rooms and bungalows. High standard. 10 min walk to Cha am beach. The restaurant is closed for some time. 5-10 min walk to breakfast. You can rent bicycles at the hotel but no available tuk tuk transportation. Pool and garden very nice. They should offer some simple shuttle transportation to the beach and breakfast restaurangs close 0to the beach. They also need to improve in english to get more forein customers. It is very difficult sometimes to communicate.

One to the most beautiful design resort along the Phetchaburi river in Kaeng Krachan. There are many type of accommodation to choose from. The resort is located within the natural atmosphere & environment where you can enjoy both river and mountain view. The Vasio is a chic & chill restaurant, there are variety of international food & drink to choose from. BBQ along the river is also available. The karaoke facility is a plus. The restaurant is also located near the river. There are two meeting room capacity up to 80 persons with meeting facilities. Resort's recreation are bike and kayak providing with free of charge within the premise. Free WIFI, free use of swimming pool, fitness center.

Reviewed By ANDREW SI stayed at Perfect House once some years ago and twice recently. Duration of each stay 3-5 days. Very friendly and professional team. As soon as I arrive they park my car in very secure area in front of reception and check in takes 2 minutes. This ground floor reception area also has lovely timber table/s and chairs and a serve yourself fridge with cheap drinks including beers. Also a small kitchen area where you can make yourself a free cuppa at any time. I enjoy an early morning coffee and a chat with staff. I've had balcony rooms on the front side. Great clean rooms and good beds, TV, AC. Can be noisy as a couple of bars seem to kick on but that is to be expected. I might enquire about quieter rear facing balcony rooms after reading some room tips here. I plan to be in Cha Am next week and will be staying at Perfect House again. I'll look no further.

The reception staff are useless.The whole place needs a lick of paint , not to mention a lot of maintenance.Staff sit everywhere not doing anything. Nothing is put away out of sight of guests ( ie pots pans , cleaning stuff ) The room had to be cleaned properly before we went in because was dirty. As soon as you go in the place you notice that something is quite not right.. We couldn't leave hotel before rude staff checked room to see if we had not stole something. Bar is expensive Hotel is not worth the price of stay at all !. I could go on ........Poor poor poor.!!!!!!

Our guesthouse opened its doors in mid 2012 and is situated in a nicely landscape garden not far from the Phetchaburi train station. It has 6 rooms with air-condition, Satellite TV, refrigerator, warm shower and free WiFi. Every room has a private balcony and a nicely laid out bathroom.

Reviewed By Clarisse1605A very kind and helpful host : a lot of advice and address around given ! The room was nice and comfortable : soap, shampoos, towels were provided ! Even the breakfast was amazing ! We highly recommend this place, don’t hesitate to go meet her during this difficult period for Thailand tourism (all Covid measures were fully respected).

Reviewed By TegianMoved here from another hotel, as we found out the owners were a great couple. Great service and they delivered great farang food, including a good breakfast. You saw plenty of regulars there every day. If you want thai food you can go to one of the other nearby places. The rooms are good sized, and the bathrooms clean, big flat screen tv with a good selection of channels including European ones. Very close to beach and right on the bar street of Cha-am

Thin walls + horrible parking space

Parked my car in their space and woke up to two flat tires. According to the staff, it happened quite often in their parking lot yet not is being done about it...
