Great hotel
Reviewed By Gaz8282Just moved on from a two night stay at Vision and wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is Modern very clean, very clean. Rooms are a good size. we had a great view of the lake and pool which was lovely to wake up to. Bathrooms very big with a great shower. Breakfast was good. Due to covid there was no buffet, but you ordered what you wanted and the staff brought it to your table. Worked very well compared to some hotels. Parking directly out front and plentiful with EV chargers. Prices at the bar were very reasonable for a hotel. Reception staff were so helpful they deserve a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything I could ask for in a hotel was delivered. We are already planning when we can go back as two days wasn't long enough

Just a fraud
Reviewed By rf949I reserved a quadruple room on their web site for 3 nights at 260€/night. This is quite pricey for a 3* hotel, but this was the only hotel with an available quadruple room with a lake view those days, so I went for it. Given that the “lake view “ was among the room amenities listed for my room type on their web site when I reserved (see screen shot attached), my expectation was to get it. Too bad this was not the case. To my greatest surprise, not only didn’t I get the lake view, but I did not get any view at all!! Let me explain this. The first half of my window (up to 180cm at least) was completely covered by a frosted glass which could not be removed nor lifted in any way - see picture. This was not clearly what I purchased and paid for, so I went and talked to the lady at the reception. The hotel was fully booked and I could not get another room. After couple of long discussions with 2 different ladies, I was granted a discount of 20€/night resulting in that I ended up paying 240€/night for a jail-like room. To make things even worse, the owner was there when I went and complained, but when he realized I was not letting things go as I was too disappointed, he literally hid in the back office and did not get out until I left (although I asked about him as I wanted to talk to him in person) - which is unacceptable and unrespectful. If you feel you are right and you did nothing wrong, you don’t need to hide and can afford to talk to an unhappy customer, I believe there is no doubt about this. Other than this, the hotel was nothing special and crazy expensive and I would probably never get back, even if the window “accident” had not occurred.

The room was very clean and comfortable and Andrea was really helpful offering us advice and available by text for any queries. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Peschiera itself was beautiful, will definitely return ?

Very good location, friendly staff
Reviewed By MarcelaHarrisbergerWe stayed there for 4 nights and were very pleased with our stay. The room is clean, we had a small balcony with a place to hang our wet clothes. The bathroom had a window (worth mentioning since it’s not the case at every hotel we stayed). The pool area was very nice. They also give you exclusive access to their camping area near the lake where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and toilets (you can also use the pool are there, we didn’t as we wanted to enjoy the lake). The breakfast is good (though they could have a wider range of fruits), but the cakes were delicious! They are made by a nice Brazilian lady that works at the hotel. We were very pleased with everything and definitely recommend the place. It’s simple, clean, quite, friendly staff, everything you need for a nice vacation.

Reviewed By LoveToTravelToTexasWe were stuffed in a tiny room which was very dirty. This room is not shown in the pics which is no surprise! It had dirty shoe stains by the balcony door. The toilet had feces stains inside and dried pee? stains on the floor in front of the toilet. The shower water didn't drain so the shower tub filled quickly with water. There was minimal light in the bathroom. The person which I assume is the owner lives there. He smokes like a chimney and the smoke kept rising into the room which only had a sliding door. It was an awful experience and we will not recommend staying there.

Le nostre stanze sono state rinnovate, mantenendo uno stile famigliare e accogliente. Oltre alla cura per l’arredamento, ogni camera è dotata di bagno con doccia, aria condizionata regolabile individualmente, cassetta di sicurezza, internet wifi, tv lcd, asciugacapelli,possibilità di aggiungere il terzo letto, buona parte delle camere ha il balcone. Disponibile una camera famigliare. L’hotel dispone di 12 camere su due piani con ascensore, al piano terra: sala colazioni con buffet aperta dalle 7:30 alle 10:00, angolo bimbi con giochi e mini biblioteca. Ti aspettiamo per un gradevole soggiorno sul Lago di Garda.

Hotel Bel Sito is situated close to the historical center of Peschiera del Garda and near lots of services; it's 400 mt far from The railway station, 400 mt from the lake and 1,5 km from Gardaland.
