Spacious room
Reviewed By MRFYMDThe room is spacious and very modern. Love the facilities e.g pool,gym But not the food quality. The porridge served during bfast was too watery and no one top up the food though i hv kept telling the staffs. They went back n forth but still no action taken. I hope this section can be improved in the future.

OYO 422 Hotel Reno is located in Taman Shamelin Perkasa, in Kuala Lampur. It is quite close to the Ulu Pudu Recreational Park and 1 Shamelin Mall. Special Features- The rooms of this hotel feature walls painted in soft shades of yellow, gold and cream. They also feature a large floor with a golden curtain. The bathrooms are tiled and well provisioned. The seating area features two chairs and a table. Facilities- The hotel provides facilities like a queen sized bed, AC, TV, CCTV cameras, parking facility and free Wi-Fi. Nearby- You can enjoy good food at places like Caffe Bene, Dip N Dip, Hot Wings, Ko Hyang and Doutor.
Poor Stay
Reviewed By leela dJust because its a sudden vacation couldn't able to booking earlier in any other hotel which is why me and my cousin had to book this hotel just for 2 nights & 3 days stay. The facilities wasn't that much and we all were literally disappointed with the poor cleanliness that the management hold to because the bathrooms weren't kept clean and the aircond in my room was leaking which was really uncomfortable and we were all not happy to stay at such place but no choice since we were all out of options.I would really like suggest to suggest the management to maintain a good service and provide all the important things in each rooms and moreover should/must keep the places very neat and clean so that in future they can develop well their hotel. Summarising as the hotel has the good name but doesn't meet our expectations.

False advertising
Reviewed By Curtis BThe rooms ARE NOT spacious - they are not 30sq mtrs! They are more like 15 sq mts. When I arrived, I was told that the room with the queen bed I wanted was unavailable and I'd have to a take a room with two twins for my wife and I. I said "Okay, can I see the room?" The room had a terrible smokey odor so I refused it, then the woman showed me another room, which I also refused - then, all of a sudden, there was a room with a queen bed available. All three rooms were TINY. There are no 30 sq meter rooms in this hotel and the advertising on Booking and Agoda should be changed. Help at front desk was less than helpful. I won't be back.

Reviewed By SuhaimiKuantanThis is a budget hotel but very comfortable. The room is very clean and smells good. The interior is pretty basic with no chair or other furnitures. It does have led tv with sattelite channel(astro) and water kettle. The bathroom is clean and guest is provide with mini soap. I really have no complain about this property,it is as you expected from budget hotel and more.
