Reviewed By poonsakp2014Street bar restaurant in hotel was bad & poor organized. I had waited food more than hour. I asked few waiter to check but not nothing, till called to checked. They just tell that still not cook. So, disappointed. I dont recommend at all to come .

Jim manages Baan Souy so well , providing a welcome , relaxed setting with rooms all around the pool .. this provides an opportunity to make new friends or relax quietly reading a book or just people watching .. highly recommended for its professional , friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms ,in beautiful surroundings .. see you again in November / December Jim ..

New look and cleanliness is worth mentioning, beautiful and worth the value! Beautiful clean rooms and Friendly staff all the way. And then it’s right on Jomtien soi7 and just next to the beach. Well accomplished, keep it up guys!

Reviewed By Coffee C'Z BY ZING', is an honest place to stay, most particularly for the budget and location conscious, tourist spending time in lovely Jomtien Beach. I really enjoyed the flexible attitude to reasonable service requests, as well as the quiet acoustics and expanded space, in my studio room. It is an easy, flat, five (5) minute walk to the beach, with heaps of; dining, drinking, entertainment, shopping and spa places (see my YouTube), occupying the surrounds.

Decent budget hotel
Reviewed By 78stuartfBeach front Hotel in Jomtien. Good location, good value for money. I also got a free room upgrade to a pool view. But the hotel needs some modernisation. Room was a bit run down, they was a bit of a odd smell when I arrived in the room but to fair it did seem to go away after a bit. I had not a bad nights sleep and overall if you are on a budget not a bad place to stay.

Reviewed By Олисия МХорошее кондо. В пешей доступности от моря. Севен иллевен в соседнем доме. Охраняемая парковка, чисто и уютно. Есть балконы. Запаха канализации в ванной не было. Так что рекомендую тем, кто ищет жильё не на первой линии.

Bargain B&B that makes you welcome
Reviewed By Ian MGreat value bed and breakfast, a short walk from Jomtien beach. Friendly, helpful staff. The ad I read tries to capture the family atmosphere but perhaps overstates the facilities available. I expected to have easy access to a kitchen, maybe my misunderstanding. What it actually means is that you can use the only kitchen but this is often in use by others, so you would have to fit around them. On the other hand, I was able to use the washing machine – in fact my washing was done for me. Best to think of it as a bargain bed and breakfast hotel with extra benefits. On that basis, recommended.

Reviewed By sunburn15Stayed 2 nights in a pool villa, the room was tastefully decorated and modern the bathroom had a shower cubicle so the bathroom was no soaked after showering. The bed was really hard like most in Thailand. No safe, no kettle, there was a fridge with free bottled water daily. The pool was nice never busy which was good because there was only 2 sun loungers at each end of the pool, location is beach front the beach is not the nicest in Thailand the sea looked dirty and rough so we stayed by the pool. Reception staff friendly and helpful although their is English was poor.

The Regenta Central Residency is a budget hotel near Pattaya Beach. It is located opposite the Central Festival Mall and is about 300 metres from Pattaya Beach. Our Pattaya Beach Resort is located about 56 kilometres from the U- Tapao airport and has an average travel time of about an hour. It is well-connected via road networks and guests can avail taxis or private vehicles to reach our hotel. Guests who visit our hotel can stay at our well-furnished Superior Rooms, Premier Rooms and our spacious Family Suites which are fitted with large windows that overlook the Pattaya Beach. Our hotel also features an authentic Indian Restaurant called Viraasat and a rooftop banquet hall that can host a variety of social and leisure events and can accommodate up to 250 people. We have a dedicated travel desk that helps our guests plan and undertake tours in Pattaya and neighbouring areas. Our hotel is located close to famous venues like the Sanctuary of Truth, Pattaya Tiger Park and Nong Nooch Garden.

Reviewed By WynandFThe Hotel is opposite Central Festival mall. Hotel lobby is very small but my room were big & very clean. Shower were small with problem with hot water. There is a big Indian restaurant next to the lobby. Late at night or early morning there were a lot of noise of people getting back to their rooms. The wifi signal was not very strong in my room.
