Maria Castana - Museo y Delicias

Super recomendable. Hay que reservar para conseguir lugar.

Our preferred restaurant was not open it was late so we ate here. It’s a basic canteen with good food for the values. Nothing to complain about, more of a family style restaurant. It did the job with no frills.Thank you for your comments, our goal is to meet the expectations of a guest looking for a home cooking at reasonable prices.we are glad to know that your experience was pleasant.Best regards.

Reviewed By ChrisNau

We've been here for dinner, because we are the first time in Argentina and the Hotel recommended Los Caldenes as a good steakhouse. When you enter the restaurant you get the nice smell of the grill and huge windows allow a good look of the build-on meat. The guest room is big and neutral but the waiter was perfectly friendly and did everything to keep us happy. Our expectation was a big, juicy perfectly grilled Argentinian steak, but we got a dry piece of I don't know. The second round was another cut but still very dry. The taste was ok but far far away from our expectations. We are here in the middle of nowhere, so it was sort of ok. The restaurant was well visited and pretty loud. After all, it was an experience but I wouldn't come again, sorry.

Pampa Roja

LTG Best Restaurant in Argentina 2018. Best Short Wine List South America 2015-2017.

Reviewed By saralR7407EY

Pampa Roja is a combination of warmth, thoughtful details, and quality ingredients that represents the best of the region and for me a favorite dining experience in 6 months of food-driven travel in South America. Once I had the tasting menu at Pampa Roja as the standard, I felt slightly underwhelmed by acclaimed restaurants in Buenos Aires. The owners and staff have created an experience so intimate and uniquely representative of La Pampa that they achieve that difficult balance of highlighting local ingredients in a sophisticated way and making the experience one you might wish to repeat on a weekly basis. Wanting to repeat could have something to do with the incredible selection of wines and the sense that you’d need years to fully appreciate the contents of their wine cellar. It’s worth getting off the beaten path to visit this gem of a restaurant.
