Reviewed By sarthaka2018We guys decided to spend a weekend here and what am amazing weekend it was. The place was so beautiful with such welcoming staff. I would like to thank Anil bhai, Dev bhai, Gowdaji, Ramesh bhai and Praful bhai for making our stay so nice. Food was 10/10. Would definitely to visit with a larger group of family.

80 kms east of Vadodara is a lovely country side known as Jambughoda. Our family-run heritage home - A Home For Nature Lovers, Jambughoda Palace is spread across 12 acres, with farm lands and orchards around it. Rooms and bathrooms are simple, yet dignified in their décor. A Home for Nature Lovers takes delight in hosting their guests in the wilderness. Home cooked organic food is served as buffets. Dinners are also organized around camp fires for the more adventurous ones. The food is slow cooked on wood to suit both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates. The recipes which have been passed on from one generation to another have been carefully selected for the guests. The family has tried to preserve the age old cooking methods and the flavours, which would have otherwise been lost in time.

Reviewed By anandvenMy family and I just returned from a two-night stay in Jambughoda palace. It was a wonderful experience. The resort was peaceful. There is plenty of natural beauty in form of orchards, farms and an ancient step well too. The rooms were utilitarian. It is free from distractions like TV and internet. You should go here only if you want to spend quality time alone or with loved ones The swimming pool is well maintained. The food is of the highest quality with ingredients being sourced from organic agricultural produce. It is closest to home food though lavish in its own right. The highlight of the visit was a meeting with the royal family. They were kind to invite us and share the history of Jambughoda and their own royal lineage. It was indeed an enriching experience. Some people may complain that food is expensive but we personally found it well worth it. My nine-year-old son just loved the experience. I would definitely visit again and strongly recommend others too for this once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Reviewed By Nimish JVery good hotel situated on Godhara Dahod highway, just 3 kms from bus stand or city. Rooms are very clean, hygiene & spacious, Good staff, restaurant is also very good, excellent food with proper taste & quantity. Their aaj ki khichdi is a must try.
