This is a decent pizza place considering it is in a small town on the coast of Norway. Ask for help with the menu if you can't recognize words like skinke (ham) and ost (cheese).

There is not a lot of exciting restaurants in Orkanger, but Moon Asian cooking is a fresh and tasteful choice. Almost fully booked and very delicious asian couisin for everyone. We had traditional deep fried scampi and springrolls as starters followed by different thai main dishes. The red- and green chilli courses were hot and spicy as they should be! Also recommend the chicken and cashaw - yum! We were a party of 7 - wheroff 2 adults and 5 teens eating for About NOK 1.800 which is highly acceptable in Norway. Moon is THE place to eat when in Orkanger - higly recommended!

The service is mediocre, the food was OK but the prices were a higher than the quality. If you are a local, I guess this is a decent dining experience, or if you're tio hungry to care. I would advice you to find dinner somewhere else. Like right now I regret not going to the kebab place across the road...

I came here late, and had to wait for the bus. Luckily, I was hungry, and even more luckily, this place was open. Right next to the bus too! It looked a bit boring when I got in, but was I pleased when the pizza arrived? Yes I was! The pizza was very good, and I have to add that the staff were very nice and helpful too! It`s too bad I am rarely at Orkanger, but I know where to go the next time I`m there!

Restaurant Ministeren is located at Bardshaug Herregard, in the centre of the small town of Orkanger. We serve food based in the French and Scandinavian kitchen. The produce we use are mainly from Trøndelag, and we also cooperate with local farmers and producers which products are in top class. The restaurant is available both for hotel guests and outside guests.
