Tried out Nexxio Pizza in Uralsk last week as it was not far from our hotel and smelled good when we walked past it on our wanderings. We were able to communicate enough to get an order in (hand gestures help a lot) and the pizzas were hot and delicious. We had the meat pizza and a bbq pizza to go, fairly reasonable pricing, good amount of toppings and good tasting too which is important. A decent option if you are in the mood for pizza.

Кухня вполне приличная, обслуживание тоже, приличная мебель (может, только стулья мне показались не очень удобными)... В общем приятное место. На ужин можно выбрать шведский стол - много, вкусно, сытно и довольно разнообразно. Правда, дороговато.)

Искали ресторан казахской национальной кухни пообедать по-быстрому перед отъездом в Самару. Ресторан довольно большой, по своему уютный интерьер. Есть 2 VIP зала, на летний период устанавливаются юрты вместимостью 30 человек. Несмотря на то, что там готовились к проведению свадьбы, нас согласились покормить. Взяли бешбармак из баранины и лагман. Вкусно.

Комплекс "Жолаушы" находится по трассе Самара-Чимкент, по въезду в поселок Джамбейта, что в Западно-Казахстанской области. Комплекс функционирует с 1997 года. И за эти 17 лет, заведению удалось добиться самых высоких и лестных оценок от клиентов. Комплекс включает в себя банкетный зал на 300 человек, придорожное кафе-столовую, продуктовый магазин и является стоянкой междугородних маршрутов. Излюбленное место отдыха дальнобойщиков, путешественников и простых междугородних пассажиров!

When waiter will explain you the variety of beers and the taste - sounds fantastic
I do not recognize all the tastes they mentioned, but I enjoyed it for sure

We visited this place to have dinner. It is located on Dostyk street, in the city center. Cosy and quiet place in traditional Russian style. Meal is ok, a bit pricy but overall it is worth it. Try traditional non alcohol homemade drink called "kvas", russian pancakes "bliny" with various fillings. Restaurant works until midnight.

a good selection of European dishes. freshly brewed beer. service is good, the cooks are attentive to individual needs. prepare quick and tasty. Prices at such establishments. I would like to mention large portions. I recommend as a place to meet with friends. are sports events on TV.

I was in Uralsk with a number of people on business, and this restaurant was recommended to us by one of our local contacts. Five of us went for lunch on Saturday afternoon and got there around 3 pm - not an unusual time to have lunch. The Terrace restaurant was on the fourth floor of the complex. It was a beautifully designed space, light and airy, with large skylights and mirrored walls to make it look larger. There were also mossy living walls, and some of the light shades were terrariums. The menu was quite interesting and was available in English. Two of the group ordered tagliatelle, the rest of us ordered grilled meat - I decided on a "pork steak" with mixed vegetables and potatoes. Our drinks arrived promptly and we engaged in small talk until the food arrived.
Unfortunately that was where the experience went sideways. The food was not served until an HOUR after we ordered - during this time we were basically left alone, with no one asking if we would like more drinks or anything like that. We were "entertained" by very loud techno dance music, which got quite tiring after a while. After waiting half an hour we asked the waitress what was happening, and were told that there was a problem in the kitchen but the food would arrive "soon".
When the food finally arrived it came to mixed reviews. My pork steak (a very large pork chop) was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and delicious. The other meat dishes were also well received. However, the tagliatelle was disappointing, overcooked and not very tasty - the two people who ordered it left at least half (this is why the "Average" rating for food). The food was also quite expensive (by Uralsk standards), which made the experience more disappointing.
In short, if you go order a meat dish, and be prepared to wait a long time for your food.

This place is in the city center, on the top floor of the "all-in-one" attraction center of the city. Looks like 50% of all city restaurants of the city, good ones, are all here.
This specific restaurant has a perfect city view from the top of the building and a... glass floor! Even you know it's done perfectly well, still it's a challenging view!
The place offers a good variety of European dishes, good quality.
It's not overpriced, also not cheap
For the visit we where told one have to make a reservation, but when we where there there was a number of empty tables, even we where told they are booked fully.
Among the areas to grow I would mention some strange rules for the waiters, like "we can not bring fresh juice in a big glass", even I ordered 0,5 it was NOT ALLOWED to bring me the juice in a 0,5l glass:))) come on, guys! Do not be ridiculous!
Also too many menus in this place: big main course menu, separate tea menu and separate desserts menu.
It's ok, but then it has to be properly arranged and offered in time. We had to ask a couple of times to get tea menu and also ask for desserts, when this all should be recommended
In general everything is ok
