Looks can be deceptive. This appears to be a cafe in an old garage beside a derelict house (which is actually what it is!) but it is so cosy, and warm. The staff are incredibly nice , there seems to be a real community interest in the place. The soups ,scones (made in front of us!) , cakes , coffees and tea are delicious and unbelievably cheap. Food is organic and local where possible. I doubt you can find a better, more interesting ,warm or welcoming place....and a big dog too!That's really lovely review, you've nailed us! Honestly don't know were to start, Hugh Mccann, from start to finish each and every member of staff made my daughter and son in laws wedding such a beautiful, memorable, stress free day, all staff went above and beyond our expectations, food was 10 out of 10,decor absolutely stunning and smiles galore, such a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole day, can't recommend this place highly enough and can say without a doubt it is simply perfect, a million thank you's x

This is definitely the best food in Newcastle, so clean, fresh ingredients, service couldn't have been better, staff are easy on the eye I always get some scones to go, plenty of nice bakeries in Newcastle but the scones from this establishment are to die for
