Reviewed By RaspberrysorbetI expected budget but not grotty The room needed a good clean. Carpets so filthy we layed our towels down to walk on. We got disabled rooms but didn't need them. Aren't they supposed to be reserved for the needy? Bar staff very helpful though. Take plenty of disinfectant wipes if you book.

Reviewed By caroleE3282TAI’m sorry I am not one for complaining but I come to your establishment 4 to 5 times a month for a carvery and the last three times it has absolutely been terrible three months ago I would’ve gave it a five star now I can struggle to give it a one I have recommended friends and family many times to try it were now if anybody ask me I wouldn’t recommend it at all the staff used to be lovely always there to help but you do have two members of staff working for you Diane and Emma in over the time we’ve been coming we have got quite friendly with them they can’t do enough to help you possibly the nicest two people I’ve met within the restaurant nothing is a problem to them at all I recommend it if you could train the rest of your staff up like they are trained up also I’ve noticed the cleanliness has gone down within the last three months we came yesterday which was the 6th of June which I usually have the carvery but I went for something different I settled for hunters chicken and the chips were cold just ended up eating the hunters chicken which was quite nice my partner was waiting for us to eat together and one man came out she went up for the carvery where she was waiting quite a time to where a waitress had to server couldn’t get any attention from the kitchen staff to serve we may give it one more go as a last resort but I certainly think things need to change or you are going to lose a lot of custom we noticed when we last come that the place was nearly empty from previous times when with you was queueing for the carvery

Reviewed By Thomas Lstayed there from sunday and left tuesday,two nights.the room toilet and shower was very clean.the owner wendy was extremely helpful and frequently asked if everything was ok,which it was.the breakfast you wrote down what you required the day before and thats what you got.excellent hotel if i ever visit lincoln again this hotel is where i will stay.

Reviewed By Fiona GMy son in law booked two double rooms, one for my husband and I and one for themselves..... the room are decorated to a high standard by are still very homely with lots of little touches that make you stay relaxing and special, it's spotlessly clean! The breakfast choice is fantastic and beautiful cooked. Would definitely return ??
