Too expensive/ rude staff/ room full of mosquitos/ No masks
Reviewed By christinadE9525YOI stayed there with my boyfriend in Aug 2021. The room was clean but old fashioned, it looked like an 80s cult hostel, plus it was full of mosquitos. This must have been the case since forever, as there were traces of blood everywhere on the walls, from the killed mosquitos!!! Breakfast was good (although with not many choices), BUT no one was wearing masks (not even the staff) and there was no one to serve you in the breakfast area, so everybody was touching everything with bare hands! THIS IS PROHIBITED DUE TO COVID. The staff was unfriendly. I'm sorry but the 70 euros/ night we were charged was too much for such a disappointing experience.

Reviewed By Malcolm SRoom with good views of the sea. Breakfast on the terrace was quite nice. The hotel is very quiet at this time of year. It is a 5 minute scooter ride into Nikiana, and 2 minutes down by a dirt track to the sea

Katsenos Studios is a family business only 90m from the beach of Nikiana and 500m from restaurants, bars, super markets and pharmacy stores. Katsenos Studios in their beautiful decorated rooms, provide you A/C, flat screen tvs and a safe deposit boxes. Their private bathrooms have douz cabinets and hair dryers also. The personel cleans the rooms every day.

The residence consists of 3 units that overlook the sea. An apartment, a one bedroom apartment and a studio , for a total of 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms, three kitchens . Total guests : 10/11.The whole structure is made of stone with outdoor patios and sun bathing areas . private parkingThe residence can be rented in its entirety or per unit . The Sea Mansion is a small exclusive residence built practically on the water! This is a great old house in a traditional style , lovingly restored in 2010. The most beautiful house of fishermen throughout Lefkada Well furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything. The strength of this solution is the location .. a few steps divide the guest of the residence from the sea .. the view ... with its sunsets and sunrises. The Sea Mansion is a wonderful solution for those who love the sea , tranquility and relaxation. The location makes it one of a kind and for this great demand. Ideal for groups of families, friends or couples

Even his girlfriend made breakfast to us and I can say, this is a very very nice good family! ❤️ The design is a dream! Everything is quality made by love.. We booked the small room/bungalow behind and had seaview from the kitchen-window. It was everything we needed and even more..We slept like in heaven in the comfortable bed and it's a warm "home away from home"-feeling in this place. Three familys can stay there at the same time and there are space for everyone! Many sunchairs, tables and chairs outside. You can go out with the kajac for free and take a swim from the stairs or the small jetty. We sat there and saw hundreds of sailingships go by and in the evening Maria put candle lights everywhere..amazing! The owners is so natural and kind and friendly and they made us feel like family ❤️ A big hug and thank you..see you next year I hope ? Annika and Tintin

Both the seafarer crew and staff at the hotel were faultless, the location is breathtaking and the small bar and tavern lovely. Can’t heap enough praise on this hotel or anyone involved.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!
Reviewed By alen90kALERT. Dear travelers, stay as far away from this hotel as you possibly can. The lady owner is extremely rude and unprofessional! We booked for 7 days but had to leave after 3 days (2 nights) and in the middle of the night. They basically threw us out of the hotel. The problem was when we asked for some clean towels and a shower curtain (because everything is wet in the bathroom when you are taking a shower). After that request they were VERY unpolite to us, saying that "If we don't like, we can leave". After check-out they wanted us to pay full price for 7 days, which was unacceptable. I never experienced something like that before. Hotel staff is just below every level you can imagine. I traveled a lot and this is the far most negative experince I ever had with any accommodation. We were a shocked again when we went back to the property, because the night before we have forgotten some personal things in a hurry. When we came, the owner threw our things through the door like we are some animals and started shouting "f' words" and some angry Greek words multiple times and threatened us to call the police. For what? If it is a crime to have clean towels and dry bathroom then okay, we should all be arrested. There were some guests outside at the pool who saw all that and can confirm our words… Very sad how people can treat you on holiday when you are bringing them money… I also have to mention some other things. Furniture in hotel is old and dirty (smell of old furniture, dusty cabinets and drawers). Road that leeds uphill to the hotel is in very bad condition and very steep. This hotel should have other better owners, it has such a good potential. If you don't like to have ruined holiday, just book somewhere else! If I could, I would give 0 stars to this hotel because of the rude staff!

Great place for anybody
Reviewed By VegabondTravelerJune 2019, My wife and I spent part of our 3 week vacation here in Lefkas. 3 nights stay at Jimmys and it was fantastic. Our balcony view was awesome, and Jimmy himself would greet us every morning with fresh fruit from his trees. The views were amazing and you cant beat the price. The location was great for setting up base camp to explore the island from. Overall i would go here again and again. I loved every minute. Thank you Jimmy for such an amazing experience! Efharisto!

The worst experience in Greece!
Reviewed By alexandrupdA terrible hotel, I had rats in the room, three nights I could not sleep because of them. The owners treated the situation with indifference, telling us that rats are everywhere in the world and that it is our fault that we left the door on the balcony open. They behaved horribly with us. I do not recommend!

Good but not perfect
Reviewed By LoukangelisThe accomodation there was good but not perfect as i refer above! I faced the below issues: 1) Problem with the shower. Sometimes even if you havent touched or changed the temprature on the water of the shower, warm water or cold water was coming without any change. 2)We asked to have a double bed and they had two single beds 3)There isnt any big sign to find easily the hotel from the main road and the road is quite narrow.
