Var her til aftensmad. Passende menukort med 3 retter og vælge imellem. Valgte fiskefilet med kartofler og persillesovs. Udmærket mad, servering indenfor rimelig ventetid. Betjening havde lidt og lære omkring servering.

Very fine place to visit for folk music fans and to enjoy the organic food and some fine wines and beers.

Store Restrup Herregaard Restaurant is in the beautiful old building. The inside of the restaurant is kept in a rustique design style and the ambient is relaxing and welcoming. Staff let you enjoy your Meal in peace and quiet :)

We were passing through Nibe and looked for a lunch place where Cafe Bedste came up as a top graded suggestion.
Atmosphere was really cosy and staff friendly yet somewhat (a little too) busy. Seemed like they could have used an extra set of hands.
I read that many people made a "mistake" by ordering both an appetizer AND a main course but I had a serious munch so I went for it anyways.
I chose a bruschetta appetizer which was really nice although not at all what I was expecting but it tasted good.
My main was a "Stjerneskud" and this was unfortunately dull and had a lack of creativity even down to the bread which seemed like an ordinary, plain, white slice of toast you get out of plastic bag.
Furthermore I wasn't even full after these two courses.
Maybe I was unlucky as I saw the other dishes being dished out to pending tables looking quite nice.
Even though I'm only rating it 3 out of 5 I would probably give it a second chance given the opportunity.

It's an average pizza place but it's not run by Italians so theres that. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and asked for it without olives and without cheese and asked for extra sauce. They charged me for extra sauce which I thought was a bit ridiculous since I asked for the pizza without 2 items, one of which being cheese.

Har jo lavet en meget detaljeret anmeldelse før, så jeg holder denne kort. Har frekventeret stedet et antal gange siden også med andre, og har prøvet flere ting fra menukortet. Hot Caroline og bacon/cheese burgere er rigtig gode og med en "årnlig" rigtig bøf i, og ikke noget intetsigende dårligt fabriksmøg
......stjerneskudet har jeg også prøvet. Den har ikke samme standard og umiddelbart kan jeg ikke forestille mig at det er hjemmelavet fra bunden (især ikke det der udgør fladfisken).
Stjerneskuddet er ikke meget dårligt, men når jeg skal have et stjerneskud skal der være rigtig hjemmelavet fra bunden og det vil sige at der er startet med at pandestege skrubber- eller helst rødspættefiletter af en ordentlig tykkelse, så man reelt kan smage og se at det er fisk og ikke mest eller lige dele panering. Og det er der ikke mange restauranter der serverer, så her er Ædedolkens udgave desværre meget på samme linje som mange andre restauranter.
