Reviewed By anand46nA very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Service was very attentive. Staff were lovely people, always willing to help. The bathroom was wonderful with pleasant fragrance of bath fresh. Bed was clean and comfortable. Location is good and easily accessible.

Neat and clean room good service restaurant is also good food was delicious. Hotel is good for business Traveller or for one day stay. I reached early so reception staff give me other room for freshen up.

Reviewed By Phalgunif4The rooms are sad,photos are given in the trip advisor it's all fake,paid members have given photos of other hotels may be, as I have stayed room it used to be trembling during the train passes,i could not sleep 3 days and night,this hotel is in same building of railway station.room paints were coming out,bathroom was so small,showers water drops on to the comod and that water comes to our body,it is worst.and the area is railway station and we all know how this area happen to be,towards husband wife also ppl look at wit suspicious way. Only one benefit in orbit mall is near by.but what's the use you can't wear a good dress for such place to go.it is a yak area.

Reviewed By mmbhoI recently stayed in the Hotel for three nights. The Hotel has no porch for you to get down without getting drenched, approaching reception in Monsoon. No assistance was provided even to save me getting drenched or to assist with my luggage. Strangely the reception is on second floor and the rooms on first and above. Rooms are just big enough to accommodate the double bed. And the bathroom just accommodates you. Despite its name that may confuse you, there is hardly anything provided in the room (toiletries, tea maker, shoe shiner). When i requested for a bottle of water, the room service boy asked me to pay Rs. 47 in cash! The walls were damp,TV non-functional (with a message for each channel to pay subscription immediately), the stair case was wet with flowing water and buckets were kept to catch the dripping water. While checking out at 5 am, even a cup of tea was not available. The breakfast buffet was so cheap that it should not be even proclaimed as buffet. NO OPTION for fruits, or anything. They would put some puri bhaaji, papaya and name it a buffet. The name should not confuse you, as it is like a regular Lodge. However the location is good, surrounded by eateries and shops.
