The apart hotel is located 250m from the beach and 10min drive from the airport. All apartments are self-catering and ready to move in. The complex has 6 pools, a fitness room and a sauna.
Nice, but don’t bring your car !!!
Reviewed By nclemadLovely condos, brand new, great pools - but there is 472 apartments and parking for approx 50 cars, ridiculous and even if you park where you are not an obstruction or signs saying no parking, they will clamp your car - greed by the builder due to taking land up to build another development

Disgusting Room, Disgusting staff!
Reviewed By World898978Checked in here, room was on expensive side at 2,300B but on beach. After having a shower and my wife laid on the bed for half an hour she was bitten to death by ants and flea's. The air con was absolutely useless. On closer inspection the room was disgusting and filthy, very old and need of total refurbishment. There was a step missing from the balcony making it a death trap getting on the beach. We nicely went to reception to request another room and was shown one just as bad. We requested a refund. The staff were disgrace, disgusting attribute to our problem and didn't care and refused a refund. After an hour or so and threatened them with the police we came to an arrangement. Even then the woman tried to cheat us by refunding 1,300B agree I used the shower but wasn't worth 1,000B. We walked away with 2,000B and went to stay in a much nicer place up the road, Proud Hotel, amazing yeah no sea view bit amazing place amazing staff and amazing service. Keep well away this dump!

Reviewed By BonjouramitThe rooms provide utmost comfort. Free breakfast and commute to airport. The house owner, Ms. Sukanya, is very decent and friendly. She makes you feel at home. Speaks and understands english which ia a big plus. Our two day stay at her house is unforgettable. I will recommend it to everyone. Cheers for the lady!!

Great value for money
Reviewed By Traveller-930Nice sized rooms that are clean, decently equipped and well air-conditioned. The gym is a bit of a joke and the infinity pool looks better on the pictures than in real-life but even taking that into account it's a steal and I'd consider returning. If you volunteer at Soi Dog this is a great place to stay as the bus-stop is just at the bottom of the road and they give a discount to volunteers. The beach area (bars & restaurants) is a safe 15 minute walk away.

Great budget option near airport and beach
Reviewed By killerdwarfA great budget option if you need to be near airport and the bonus is it's a short walk (15 mins) or cycle (which they can provide you with) to the beach. The very friendly and helpful owner kindly picked me up from the airport and checked me in quickly to a comfortable clean room. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby.

Terrible choice
Reviewed By Barbara RWe had just one night to spend close to the airport due to an early flight. The reviews were good but I have to say not realistic at all. What we found was a very dirty apartment with a terrible smell and very noisy despite being at 7th floor (it’s on a very trafficated road). Bathroom was clearly not been cleaned and linen are old and dirty. We had no choice of stay but couldn’t sleep as we were feeling very unconfortable. I’m sure you can find much better around
