Booked this when looking for a nice place for steak whilst staying in Leicester. Booking was easy online.Our server Macy was lovely, she was willing to spend the extra time answering our many questions about the meal.The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly.Macy went through the sauces and made recommendations based on what I told her I liked.Would Definately come back. Great value for money. With the amounts of times I've eaten compared to the number of times one can review on TripAdvisor, there is nothing more that can be said about this place. Food is always cooked to perfection. Service is always provided to perfection. Assad's friendliness, the atmosphere inside the restaurant and Rumanah's smile is always timed to perfection. This is the #1 Steakhouse in Leicestershire, by far.

Me and my best friend decided to come here for her birthday meal and have shisha after. Firstly the only options available on the menu was chicken burger and chicken nuggets with chips. We sat in the shisha lounge which was extremely loud and there was about 20 massive TVs scattered around,with unsynchronised sound, which honestly gave me a headache. Couldnât even have a chat with my friend it was so loud! The food was disgusting! It looked something from a 5 year old children party plate. My mineral water was served in a little plastic cup! The only complaint I canât have is staff are really friendly and attentive to your needs straight away however, shisha mouth tips were chewed up and put back into opened packets, cutlery was unwashed with bits of food stuck at the ends. Disappointed!!!!Hi,Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Birthday meal would not be appropriate on these days. We offer a very simple lunch menu to allow customers to have a nibble on the days the restaurant is closed.I am surprised at no point did you mention to our friendly staffs that the volume was loud and to decrease. I am sure we would have never said no to this and prevented a headache here.As for the water being served in a plastic cup? This is how we serve free tap water. For the more sophiscated customers we offer bottle water. Other shisha lounges I am told do not offer tap water.I have rushed to the Lounge to count if one ofThe staff has deceived to add more TVs. I can assure you we have 13 instead of the 20. No offence spec save moment. This review is exaggerated and I hope next time you visit us when the restaurant is open.Itâs a shisha lounge and no comment on the shisha itself?Thanks you Road.

Had lunch with our 4 kid, food was great and fantastic value for money. However, the key thing that made this a great experience were staff. Fabian was fantastic it ensuring we all had a great meal and would come back. Service that you would normally only get if you were paying 3 times the price. Thank you.
