Find out what Steakhouse restaurants to try in Bolzano. The capital of Italy’s northernmost region of South Tyrol, Bolzano (Bozen in German) has only been Italian since World War I, and its character remains distinctly Germanic. At the center of the town, Piazza Walther is named for a 13th-century German minstrel. The town’s most famous resident, Ötzi the Iceman, dates from about 3300 BC and now rests at the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology. The striking new building for Museion, the city’s modern and contemporary art museum, opened in 2008.

All that wine tasting makes a good grill sound like the right thing. In this case, the restaurant was exactly what we had hoped it would be. The interior is dark and cave-like but warmed by candle light, nice table settings and friendly service. My pasta course was delicious and the grilled meat very good. We all enjoyed the meal and would return without hesitation.

Reviewed By ggold113

When the restaurant we were going to use closed without warning, we scrambled to find one that would accommodate our group of 10. The lady running Zum Bogen was quite helpful. Service was good, we were able to order from the full menu and got our food within a reasonable amount of time, given the size of our group. Everyone was pleased with their meals. Ambience was also very pleasant.
