Went for a sit down lunch. This place is by far the best fish & chips in scarborough. The fish is superb & chips are just right. It's always busy for take out but you get your order taken when you walk in. Great friendly staff

So had a couple of days away with my family and needed somewhere to eat in the evening.So came in to Antons.Well what can I say totally glad we did because the pizza was amazing!!!Staff were lovely and friendly.Would highly recommended this place if your looking for somewhere to eat while in Scarborough.

Popped in for fish and chips on 19.10.19. We had 2 fish specials and two kids meals. We also had dessert. The meals were lovely, fresh tasty fish and crispy batter and freshly cooked chips. Kids meals excellent value for money, good size portions, a drink, and a dessert for £5. The waitress, Paige, was really busy but had a lovely smile and delivered excellent service. Highly recommend, and will be visiting again.

I know you go to Scarborough for the fish and chips (and we had come from the South for them!), but I have never seen such a large portion of battered haddock and SO TASTY. Really juicy, large chunks of fish, HEAVEN .... chips and coleslaw good too. Although quite full, we decided to share some vanilla icecream and again, I've never seen such big scoops ... it's icecream scoop on steroids! We ordered three between the two of us and really, it was too much (but somehow we finished it, it was so nice). Lovely service and nice atmosphere ... wish I lived closer, I'd be there every week.

We took the scallops and Thai fish cakes to start, with the lobster stuffed sole for main and I can highly recommend. Itâs probably one of the best fish dishes Iâve ever eaten, and reasonably priced.The setting was lovely and the service was spot on, the waitresses couldnât be more helpful.I will certainly be visiting again if IâmIn the area, many thanks.

Ordered lightly battered haddock and chips to take out.Freshly cooked for us,absolutely perfect fish.Fresh white haddock excellant crispy batter.Didnt eat all chips but only because we were full.Didnt eat in restaurant as prefer ours on paper or in a box rather than on a plate but could see restaurant was busy.A big thankyou.

We've been here several times and the quality of food and service has always been very high. What makes it a little different from other restaurants is the huge pudding fridge that dominates the room - everything in there looks incredible and friends rave about them! I've always been to full to try one myself but they do takeaway and apparently you can just go for a drink and pudding - I must try that sometime :-)

Booked a table for two late on a Saturday night. The restaurant was busy, but the service was very good. Pleasant ambience. The young staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, tasty and well presented. Excellent Malbec. Only our second visit, but very impressed on both occasions. Highly recommended.
