Firstly the customer service is poorWe was seated to our table. I asked the waitress a few questions and she had no knowledge of food. You have to write your own order and wait for the waitress to come over and you'd often be waiting ages for them to take the order. I found myself leaving my seat to give my order directly to the nearest available waitress. You will wait some time for your food and some of my orders were forgotten or missing and it wasn't happening to just me. The people who work there are not friendly at all and the manager is the worst and very rude with us when we complained Poor organisation skills and They are incapable to run a busy environment The ladies bathroom is DISGUSTING!! Floor was sticky no toilet roll with a bad smell. Absolutely vile I don't know how this restaurant is rated 4 star .. I give 1/2 star for the nice ice cream non mangiamo mai più qui !!

Small restaurant with total 50 seats , the warm atmosphere created by manicured settings , which are the contours of a genuine cuisine is both refined at the same time .

Good range of pizzas (€8 each). Diavolo was very tasty. Delicious German beer too. They were able to cater well to my wife's dietary requirements very well (no gluten/dairy) with a very large steak & chips. Very attentive waiters.

Looked promising on arrival. Place is up for sale, notices everywhere !!! However, whole restaurant smells of cigarette smoke (including the waiter). Food unimaginative and rather dull. Needs a good clean, in fact, needs some TLC. Oh, dear... Hope someone will buy it and improve it, as it has beautiful views and has so much potential.

After much promise (recommendations from locals) this restaurant is over-rated. It was good to receive bruschetta at the beginning, but the secondi dishes ordered were of very average standard. The salad side dish was just plain awful. The roasted potatoes - average. The red wine (which was actually okay) was served ice cold! Won't be going back.

This is one of the most disturbing restaurants I have ever been to.We come without reservation hoping to get a nice first meal in Italy, however what happened inside has made me lose my confidence in foreign restaurants. It was my son's birthday and I wanted pizza. This restaurant was nr.1 on tripadvidor so I had no doubt and went there immidiately. It was cold inside, the owner was too lazy to open the gas?The man spoke Italian to us which we didn't understand. He gave us a table of eight which was excellent. When he gave the menu, we didn't know what to choose. We choose 8 pizzas in total, 2 bottles of water and a bottle of Coca-Cola. I checked the prices before ordering, ofcourse. We ordered and asked the man to make our food without pork.He started to make sounds like a pork and said something funny in Italian, which we didn't understand, after his sentence finished, all the other Italians were staring at us and laughing. I am 100% sure that we were being laughed at. I felt humiliated and other people who ordered later than us got their food first.49 minutes had passed (yes, I checked) and the first from us got his pizza. They brought a pizza which we didn't order and we asked to take it back and bring the pizza we ordered. The guy got back to the kitchen and got the pizza we asked in 5 minutes somehow. Why did we wait almost 50 minutes for the first few pizzas than? In most pizzas there was no cheese (which Italian pizza does not have cheese!?). There were even pizzas brought to us without tomato sauce (the base of a pizza always need this, what happened?). One pizza looked like a pizza base with tomato soup, disgusting. The man even told us that the pizzas he brought was normal Italian pizzas. We investigated this later and this was not true. Other Italians could not believe our story. When we asked the check we were suprised with the high prices for the drinks. He even added the pizza we didn't order to the check. We complained and he went red and fixed the issue. When we left, we saw Italians eating normal pizzas we thought we would get.2/10 worst restaurant. Even frozen Ristaurante pizzas are better.

It wasn't our first choice ..but most restaurants were closed that day...and I got the impression they opened just for our group..but the staff were not happy..we felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave..we dined mostly on fish dishes...some of which were really nice but to me it seemed that alot of it was from frozen..and the bill at the end was over the top! I wouldn't go back there in a hurry.

When we arrived our waiter brought bread, cheese, Bruschetta 2 different and some fried vegetables to our table. We both had live Lobster grilled, perfect! After our meal a big trolley with 3 bottles frozen in ice came in. There was Grappa, Limoncello and Another drink offered for free. They also carry a nice Collection of different meats. Prices are very resonable the lobster was 35 Euro each. Bistecca Fiorentina was E 3,50 per hg which is very cheap compared to other places. Our waiter was from India and very friendly and attentive.Grazie per il vostro commento a noi ha fatto molto piacere che siete rimasti contenti Welcome Everytime
