I love the restaurant in the San Ignacio Resort. The food is amazing! It is vegan/vegetarian friendly and is an interesting fusion of Caribbean, Belizean, and Near Eastern cuisine! Love it!

The owner was very sweet and accomodating. She started us off by letting us try the three juices set out. Watermelon, orange and tamarind. We sat in a comfortable shades and breezy screened in area overlooking a giant tree. Many locals were there to get food to go which is a great option especially if you want to visit the Mennonite park just up the road. It's like you stumbled into someone's estate- well manicured.Anyway we tried to- go chicken and rice and a few items off the menu. The tacos were amazing as well as everything else we got. Highly recommend!

Reservation only! Siam takes one reservation breakfast, lunch or dinner and private for 2 or 20. The food is awesome. The view is amazing. The service is wonderful and if you ask Forrest nicely, he will play the guitar and sing you a song. Nantha us an amazing cook with authentic foods from her homeland. You are dining amongst the trees! Great place for breakfast and birding or to catch a romantic sunset dinner. Secluded location. Not jacked up in tourist pricing. Forrest, Nantha, and Siam Thai Belize are true gems.Thanks for the nice words and wonderful review. Nantha just fed me a Lobster Omelet with sweet thai sauce for breakfast.
