The Hoquet's hail from Burgundy, France, where they owned The Moustier restaurant for 16 years. Over the years, they started to vacation in various places across America, and they fell in love with the east coast of Florida. The two decided it was time for a new endeavor, and when they discovered that Krave Restaurant was looking for new owners, the couple jumped at the opportunity for a new challenge. Chef David was formally trained for three years in a French culinary school. He has won awards as a pastry chef and has worked with some of the most notable chefs and in awarded restaurants in France before starting his own restaurant. He has brought some of his signature dishes to the new menu at Krave Restaurant. The infusion of French and American cuisine means that guests will have more to choose from than ever. While Chef David prepares your food in the kitchen, his wife, Delphine, and Krissy take care of everything else so that you can thoroughly enjoy your evening with us!

Had dinner at Krave with friends for my wife’s birthday. We had not been there before, but went based on the other reviews. It exceeded expectations. Best ever ice cream parlor with superb choices from butter pecan, chocolate, strawberry, Kailua, coffee - too many to name them all. Try the pumpkin flavor - a seasonal favorite. Eat it it The or take it home. Highly recommend.

If you are calorie conscious. Do not come here. But otherwise you will love the donuts apple fritters and other baked items. They also serve coffee and light breakfast items. Reasonable and decent service. Kids , animals and carbo loving folks love this place.

Given the usual 90 minute wait, we opt for take out from Food Shack on every visit to Jupiter. The food is excellent especially given the prices. The other night we had three of the fish specials, the conch fritters and scallops appetizer. All were equally delicious and they are liberal with the sides. The raspberry topped key lime pie is a perfect finish.
On our most recent visit they realized after we left that two of the dishes we ordered weren’t in our bags so they called us and apologized. When we went back they gave us those dishes and a gift certificate which we’ll no doubt use soon. On another pick up when I got there before the food was ready they offered me a free beer. All of this speaks to a customer-friendly atmosphere although the staff is a bit harried trying to keep up with the volume.
The inside of the restaurant has a fun beach vibe but between the long wait and the somewhat crowded tables we prefer take out. They also have live music in the adjoining bar but I can’t speak to that experience other than it’s an under 50 crowd!

Breakfast or Lunch, Bruce has been doing a superb job of feeding those of us who know the area. His breakfasts are very generous and reasonably priced and I've never been disappointed with anything he serves, from omelettes to reubens to burgers. Don't know how he keeps such a consistently high quality, but I'm grateful that he does.

Went on the way to work, sat at the bar. I was served a big cup of steaming hot coffee immediately. My order was basic 2 eggs over easy with bacon, home fries and multigrain bread. My meal came out quickly also piping hot and fresh. Bacon was crispy and oh my the Multi grain bread was divine. The service was excellent and nice chatter going on between the patrons and the staff.
The restaurant was extremely clean and well kept. A real jewel in the neighborhood. Not to be missed.

Great atmosphere with knowledgeable, friendly wait staff. We even found several vegan options that were beyond delicious!
We had the Veggie Sushi, Miso Soup, Crispy Tofu, and the Corn on Break. Each dish was good and I would order them again.
Helps to get there by 5:00 p.m. or so because the line gets longer after that.

From 4:30 to 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday all drinks and appetizers are 50% off at this wonderful establishment.
Our waitress, Lightbourne, suggested that we order 4 appetizers and share them. Great idea. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. My husband said his mussels were the best he has ever had. These were Prince Edward mussels prepared in a white wine, roasted garlic, Pecorino Roman cream sauce. Another choice was the Polpette di Evo, Evo's version of Italian meatballs (Photo attached.) And a third choice was the beggars purse ravioli which was served with poached pear, Taleggio cheese, Amaretto & Pignoli nuts. (Photo attached)
And, since we were celebrating an anniversary, at the end of our meal, we were surprised with a dessert complete with a huge sparkler. Perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.
