The pizzaria Dino is located across the street from the Bolsena lakeshore promenade of Capodimonte. In the off season most everything shuts down, especially during the week. Dino's makes traditional wood fired pizza, primarily for take-out, with basic ingredients, delicate and economonical . It has no ambience and the cook is a bit gruff, but the pizza is worth it. Dino's is a good option when everything else has shut down or you just want a quick, good pizza.

Come spesso capita, si torna a mangiare dove si è stati bene. Dalle Custodi del Focolare abbiamo avuto la conferma e debbo aggiungere con un netto miglioramento sul servizio di un ottimo agriturismo con una offerta culinaria genuina ben cucinata con costi assolutamente adeguati. Bravi

On our way from the stunning village of Sorano (this is a must see!!) to Orvieto we passed by this trattoria. It is a place of which you find millions in Italy. We had affetasi di cinghiale and pappardelle al cinghiale, water and wine. The dishes were as they ought to be, white wine was bad and the service was unkind. Shouting loud, no attention for the guests. We paid 22,20 and it was not worth more.

Dopo 20 giorni rieccoci a pranzo.Sempre una garanzia.Peccato la gente ai tavoli (questa volta ci è toccata una 'comitiva' molto rumorosa)...Comunque ritornando al pranzo: ravioli al coregone. Scialatielli alle vongole. Frittura e coregone impanato. Vino bianco e acqua. 2 caffè...Buonissimo!!CONSIGLIATO

Super comodo se si è in campeggio visto che è il suo ristorante anche se ospita anche non campeggiatori... servizio molto alla mano senza pretendere chissà cosa, prezzo nella media 26 euro per 2 pizze acqua birra e patatine fritte... Pizza buona anche se non indimenticabile

Some local friends, restaurateurs, brought me here the first time. The lakeside spot is enchanting, and cool. We had fried 'bianchetti' (miniature lake fish) and broiled 'coragone' (a big lake fish...) with beans, salad, foccaccia... Everything was delicious and carefully prepared. Recommended.

Lâesterno non è molto incoraggiante, sembra una specie di piccola fabbrica, non proprio un ristorante. Lâinterno è come un grande salone di casa, dove câè di tutto un poâ: lampadario, quadri, vasetti, stampe, fiori e, ovviamente, tavoli, sedie, una credenza e un ampio frigorifero.Menù tradizionale, con piatti classici regionali di terra, a base di carni e di cinghiale. Lâinnovazione sono i fiocchetti alla pera e formaggi, dal gradevole gusto dolce-salato.Buoni gli antipastini, le bruschettine allâolio nuovo di Canino, i frittini (pollo, baccalà fiori di zucca, borragine e altre verdure, i crostini misti. Poi, discreti paccheri alla matriciana, gricia e cacio e pepe, tonnarelli dello chef (alici, pomodorini e pecorino) e pennette alla Elio, riedizione di quelle alla vodka, un poâ annegate in una troppo acquosa salsina-laghetto. Ma quello che ha lasciato parecchio insoddisfatti sono stati i secondi piatti: i due filetti, ai ferri e al pepe rosa, piuttosto insapori e duri anche al coltello, le anonime salsicce alla piastra e lâabbacchio scottadito, secco ed altrettanto insapore. Di contorno, solo cicoria e patate al forno.Nella carta, anche coniglio, stinco e cinghiale non provati. Qualche dolce, come creme caramel, panna cotta o torta ricotta e visciola, e vino della casa: accettabile il rosso, poco potabile il bianco. Pur considerando il cibo genuino, la cucina casareccia e la gentilezza del servizio familiare, non è giustificata la relativa voce di 1,50 a testa. Came here for the first time, ordered pizza to take home. It was very crowded, so there was quiet a wait, but the pizza tasted great and the price was reasonable. I would go back.

The food is amazing and not expensive. You can eat so many great things for nothing. Wine was nice too. My boyfriend really like the meat, I had pizza and it was very tasty. Everything seems fresh. We had a very good night there. Owners are very friendly ad kind, always happy to help or answer questions. The restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful landscape, kids were able to play safely outside while we were enjoying our meals on the terrace. I have been travelling a lot in Italy but this place is really my favorite to enjoy a typical italian night in the countryside. I fully recommend this place ! (btw : you can also books rooms there so you can enjoy italian wines safely)

Our restaurant stands a few kilometres from Bolsena Lake and is pretty easy to get to with a wide parking. It offers spacious air-conditioned rooms for banquets too, with satellite tv and wi-fi zones. You may also have your meal outdoors in a roomy verand

This was nice, we just drove by, and stopped for a dinner, and it was a very big surprise to find this good food and sweet service in a hotel by the road. The pizza is absolutely marvelous! You have to try!
