We were the first ones on the terrace, didnât receive a menu until we asked one ourselves. Ordered a bottle of rosè wine and heard later that they didnât have rosè. The food was not good. There was no toilet paper on the toilet. It was terrible!

High on the hills above Marzabotto, Guidotti's is a real find. Our friends Mauro and Harriet live very nearby, so we've been going there for years, every time we visit them! It's a great place for home-made sausages, salami and chops from the Guidotti pigs, which roam the hillside nearby. High-quality organic meat fresh from the grill - and some excellent local red wine sold by the carafe. My only regret is I forgot to buy a salami from them to take back to England - wish they did mail-order...grazie mille per la cortese recensione.siete sempre i benvenuti!approfitto per ricordare che siamo sempre aperti dal mercoledi alla domenica sia a pranzo che a cena, e non solo a pranzo come erroneamente segnalato da tripadvisor!sempre utili le recensioni, no? ;)

The view is obviously nice, although from the inside you feel a little cramped. It was Easter, so I understand the rather conventional choices (tagliata, lamb, etc.). Roasted lamb with potato puree was decidedly average, severely lacking flavor. The baked potatoes were only marginally better. And, oh. You keep red wine in the fridge? And use Tavernello, by any chance?Maybe it's because it was Easter.

Nine of us went for family supper. It's the local to the house where we were staying. It's an informal place with plenty of parking. The pizza was simply delicious. Think it's the best I've ever eaten. Superb value. Great service. A real local find.Thank you so much for the nice comments. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. Good bye

The best find on our entire 10 day driving holiday ! ...Amazing food with fantastic service.I had the best pasta in Italy here.We shared 4 desserts between two of us !Great value and a very memorable experience.We went back the next night.

Friendly people, nice and tasty local food. The different tigelle taste great with a cold glass of tasty Lambrusco. The owners where very nice and they printed the menu in English ;-)

During our week long stay in Monzuno, we ate here nearly every night, because the atmosphere was so warm and friendly and the homemade local food simply great. The location by the river is lovely. Don't be deceived by the humble appearance of this family run place, the pastas, meats and crescentine we gorgeous and the panna cotta out of this world! All this comes at a decent price. We were made to feel very welcome.

Rustic, Italian atmosphere. Excellent food inside a wooden restauraunt. There is a garden with swings and a aside for children. Panoramic views from outside of the mountains. The starter is an all you can eat buffet of various Italian cuisine; antipasti etc. For the main I had Pork shank which was truly delicious; similar to a tender lamb shank but larger. Others had a large tray of grilled meat to share with chips, comprising of veal, steak, ribs, sausage and bacon served with chips. All delicious. Coffee and pudding as well. High standard of service. Highly recommended.
