We enjoyed a great dinner here and will be sure to visit again the next time we are in town. As a starter we had the soup, followed by the seafood platter. We were staying near San Lorenzo and had been told that Pizzeria Petra made gluten free pizzas on request (i.e. advance booking not required). We stopped there for takeaway pizza one night on our way back from Bolzano. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the range of gluten free pizza was excellent. We ordered one pizza with mushrooms and one with spicy salame. Both were excellent - truely the best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten and well worth the trip from nearby towns e.g. San Lorenzo or Brunico! I agree with another reviewer that we could have had one pizza between two, but were happy to have the extra, which allowed us to be a bit greedy on the night and have left overs for another night. It was also very good value for money at less than 8 Euros per pizza. While we took our pizza home with us, the restaurant looked inviting and we would have been happy to eat there if we hadn't been tired from a day out.

We stopped at Pacher´s on our way to Tuscany this October. It was so wonderfully relaxing sitting outside for lunch on the beautiful terrace overlooking vineyards and enjoying amazingly delicious food. Would like to recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone looking for something special on their way to South Tirol.The excellent service and friendly team made it hard for us to leave so decided to book 2 nights to stay on our way back home.We returned after 2 fantastic weeks in Italy and still found it a pleasure to be here.Look forward to another stay next year, the whole region has beautiful landscape and lots to do.

I had a delicious sous vide salmon and great wine in a comfortable, fairly upscale and large restaurant. Others, who were in a more casual mood ordered pizza which the waitstaff was somewhat displeased with. Once again Brix 0.1 lived up to my expectations. I had waited 2 years to come back to this magical place and again I was entranced by the location, atmosphere, attention to detail, the carefully executed epicurean experience and the attention of the amazing wait staff. Somehow I danced the whole night away on New Year's Eve and welcomed in the new year/day. We experienced both day and night meals in our 3 week visit to this beautiful town. This restaurant is a great place if you have smaller children. There's a special section where they sit families that has a really elaborate play room. My daughter loved it and spent almost all of the time playing there with other little kids. The food is also good and reasonably priced. This is really a local place rather than one catering to tourists so your pocketbook will be happy about that. The pizzas are excellent and the local specialties they serve are also very good..

We stayed here one night on the way home and we enjoyed our stay very much.Although we came for the Einhorn restaurant the rooms in the hotel, the garden, the sauna and especially the service of the staff we appreciated highly. The hotel price is very reasonable when compared with e.g. the center of Merano where we stayed in two hotels. From 15 to 17 hrs there is free tea and coffee with sweets. The breakfast in the morning is great, eggs in any form you wish, fruit, cakes, cheeses, meat, espresso/cappuccino, tea, juice, very complete! What made a nice surprise was that when we just finished our breakfast we got a small birthday cake (the staff had noticed from my passport that it was my birthday): it tasted delicious. The two star restaurant Einhorn is worth it's rating. Two menus to choose from (or the combination of both) and superb wines accompanying the dishes. We had an enjoyable evening.We will probably go back during our next holiday in the area.Dear guest,thank you that you take the time to write such a fantastic valuation about our hotel.
