A small neighborhood pizza place, staff is very friendly. The gas-fired oven is used to provide a very good product: both our pizzas had a great crust, nicely done sauce and good toppings. The wine section is binary: one red or one white, either for â¬15. Total including the wine was â¬30.

We have just returned from a week staying next door to the restaurant at the Sierra Sylvana hotel in Selva di Fasano (a nice enough hotel which is extremely clean) and were bowled over by the delights of Il Fagiano. The restaurant occupies a handsome large villa and is blessed with a series of elegant dining areas - beautifully decorated and furnished. The service was excellent - friendly and helpful but in no way overbearing. The food was a dream, whether ordered or just appearing as a 'little' extra, and minor variations to the make-up of dishes to meet one's preferences or appetite were accommodated with pleasure. For our second and third visits (there would have been more had it been open on Monday and Tuesday), we left the choice of wine entirely in the hands of our excellent waiter - a move which did not disappoint. We recommend Il Fagiano without reservation.

We came here as the hotel was overpriced and this restaurant was recommended to us. Nice atmosphere inside or out. Good selection on the menu, we shared a tasting meal which was delicious. We did ask a few times for balsamic vinegar to have with the olive oil and bread. It was forgotten a few times too! We ate here twice in the week we stayed. I would say that the choice of restaurants in the local area are limited, so this is definitely the best out of the selection availableThe outside area basically looks out over the main road and parked cars, and overlooks the entrance to flats over the road. Not particularly romantic. Recommend if in the area.

I got this place recommended by the apartment owner where I stayed. Came in at 8:30, almost empty, but looked good to I sat down. Menu was very italian, simple and not too much! House antipasti is a must, bust share one for 2 people. Fish was fantastic as well. Service was exceptional! Funny thing was when a car wanted to pass, chairs had to be moved

The dishes just kept coming and each one was absolutely delicious. Lots of love and thought put into the selection and preparation. Service was delightful and beyond helpful. His local wine recommended was spot on. This is the place to have authentic Puglia cuisine and a wonderful evening.

From the roadside it looks nothing special but that idea is totally wrong....... Very good honest food with a good and friendly service at a very affordable price.I can reccomend this place without any doubt. The mussels as a starter are fantastic ! Children took the tortelloni with mushroom which tasted very good too.My wife and me took the tagliata meat which was cooked a little too well, which was the only critic on a wonderful dinner.Even the wine is not expensive our 15 euro choice tasted better as wines of double and higher prices.The french fries are hand cut and even I don't eat this often I recommend to take them !Enjoy real Italian food ....

We have discovered this place by a lucky accident. Pezze di Greco is a quite place right on the "corso nationale" and we looked for simple, good Italian food. Gli Archi was a great choice. We had excellent antipasti (the home-made potato chips served in a pan are perfect), followed by a marvelous lemon/scampi risotto. You can also have pizza at this place which is great for children - and the pizza was very good, the best we had during our stay of 2 weeks in Apulia. When we are around we will definitely come back! The cooking standard here is high , fine dining with beautiful presentation and lovely flavour combinations . Itâs such a surprise from an un-assuming but pleasant restaurant in a backstreet in Fasano . Eat outside on a warm summers evening to Maine it even better . In between courses friendly staff bring additional touches like a basil ice cream set in smoking dry ice before dessert . Ingredients are Italian and local but combined with modern twists like a savoury popcorn . Home made gnocchi with a pork crumb Ragu was delicious , salt cod with mushrooms and stracciaterra local buffalo cheese was perfectly cooked . Fabulous value for money including a good locally biased wine list

We stayed in the region for a week and this restaurant was recommended to us. We had dinner there... and returned twice...Beautiful to have dinner inside, but the weather was good so we ate outside on the terrace, overlooking the spacious garden with old olive trees.Food was great: tasteful starters, lovely pasta's and perfectly grilled meat. Great pastries for dessert.They serve nice local wines ( great primitivo!).Service was very good: very nice and friendly owners and staff!A pity this restaurant is not somewhere in the neighbourhood of Antwerp: we would be regulars...

Waited 15 minutes for a beer whilst the slowest bloke in the world to basically just wash a glass. This place ainât so great as it thinks it is. Needs to worry less about what it looks like and how cool the staff are and more about getting service and offer right. Easy.
