I've been told by a friend who recently been to Agriturismo LA Stalla that if I was going in holiday to Calabria I had to go to eat in this place. Well let me tell you indeed my friend was more than right. I went yesterday and with me I took my mother and nephew. I was shocked by the decoration of the place and atmosphere, the welcome from the staff which made us choose the seats. Not to mention I never knew the owner was part of the staff. Anyways there was so much on the menu to choose from. That I've asked the owner to bring us a bit of everything to try . Oh my god let me tell you. I was amazed by the flavours and moisture of the meats not to mention the presentation of the plates. They don't rush you to leave the place although was packed and people waiting instead you could eat without pressure which these days is rare to find. I ate everything that was put on the table.There was food which I did not even know what it was but it was explained to me when each plate was presented to the table. I arrived in Calabria yesterday morning and I went there yesterday evening. I have already organized a party for next week Tuesday with friends and family to go there and celebrate my nephew birthday which I think that we will enjoy more rather than go to eat a Pizza. So I am so grateful to my friend that recomended me this place which anyhow I will return with more than pleasure.

Molto buono per assortimento e qualità dei prodotti. Il locale è proprio nel centro storico di Curinga, sulla piazza più trafficata del paese. Le pizze, i calzoni, gli arancini e le polpette sono davvero molto buoni, si distinguono da quei prodotti industriali e con sapori omologati.

We had dinner at la trattoria. The food was amazing and in good portions. We got a bottle of white wine and pretty sure it was a little more than a bottle! We had a lemon sorbet desert that was awesome. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Traveling from Catanzaro Lido back to Lamezia Terme, I've tracked down this restaurant through TripAdvisor. Even though reported as open, they appeared to be closed (Monday evening).With my best efforts to talk Italian and using Google Translate, I had a fun conversation with the owner. He decided to ready a table for me and serve me dinner anyway! I had a vegetarian meal, which was delicious! His wife and children are very kind and made me feel very welcome.When I finished my dinner, I wanted to pay with my credit card. However the machines were already closed down so I could only pay with cash. As I only had 5 euro left in my wallet, this was what I could pay. The owner told me it was no problem at all. Wow!If you're around, make sure you pay them a visit for a great meal. I will most certainly do so myself!Grazie di cuore x le belle parole un abbraccio.

The Chef's an artist, here you will find something different from anywhere else in the region. Ambiance and service are great. Try the "Tonno alla tropeana" and the "dolce ricotta e pere": you won't regret it!We are happy about what you have written about us and our cuisine ... A fare di Enotria il rifugio ideale in cui trascorrere una serata splendida, magica e senza tempo, è il mix travolgente di tutto lâinsieme, impreziosito dallâaltissima qualità dei piatti e dallâinestimabile freschezza di uno staff tutto al maschile. Locale a tema romano accogliente. Ho mangiato là cacio e pepe che è la più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Non parliamo dello scudo (Pinsa romana) impasto leggero e buoni condimenti. Questo locale offre un percorso degustazione di cui ho sentito parlare molto bene ma anche menú alla carta,apparentemente semplice ma dal risvolto inaspettato.Abbiamo cenato con due antipasti e due secondi, io di terra e mio marito di mare.Portate abbondanti, curate nel dettaglio e buonissime!!Grande varietà di pesce freschissimo che si scioglieva in bocca, mix di sapori che si sposano alla perfezione (io ho ordinato caciocavallo silano con speck e miele).La maestria dello chef è emersa anche in portate classiche, che sono state il biglietto da visita per una prossima cena a La Badessa! Nota di merito al personale di sala, gentilissimo e affabile.Locale intimo e curato.Se posso permettermi di dare un consiglio ci vorrebbe una maggiore pubblicità sui social, perché il ristorante ha una cucina eccellente, data da un giovane chef calabrese di un certo livello, e merita di essere conosciuta da più gente possibile...Fortunatamente il sistema più efficace è il passaparola, lo stesso che ci ha portato a cenare a La Badessa, quindi sono certa che in futuro avrà ancor piú grande successo!
