We waited over 1 hour for our meals. While we waited the waiter gave us 8 a small bowl of bread after 10 minutes he plonked on the table some condiments. There was no apology or acknowledgment from any staff for the delay of food. The waiter mostly ignored us most of the time. He seemed very arrogant and too uppity. He also looked out of his depth. He has no hospitality training anyone could tell. We had to pay service charge on top of the food bill. The service we received was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. We saw other people come and wait for ages without anyone welcoming them and they left. The one star I'll give only for food. If there was a minus I will give them minus -100!

We have been dining here for quite a few years now & love it. The owners & staff make you very welcome, the atmosphere is good & the food, well, it is consistently excellent, not to mention very reasonably priced! The menu is predominantly Sardinian & delicious.

This is a cosy little place close to the triangle area in Bournemouth.Because the restaurant has only around a dozen tables there are two sittings 7.15 pm and 9.15pm.An extensive menu the food is freshly cooked and well presented with generous portionsThis is the best tapas around the king prawns were amazing and so was everything else.Service was also first class

I was looking forward to a lovely meal after spending time researching a takeaway pizza place with favourable ratings. I was happy with the speedy delivery (less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening). The ingredients were definitely fresh, and the pizza was warm. But the appetiser was disappointing because the bread was thrown in the container with the bruschetta, making it soggy (who does that?). Itâs a sad shame that the pizza crust was too thin to hold the delicious toppings, which slid right off as I attempted to pick it up. Sorry, but this bird doesnât use a fork and knife when eating pizza. Hopefully a different experience eating in.

Simply love this wonderful family run Italian restaurant. It is run fabulously by Olga & her talented chef and staff. The atmosphere is warm & friendly and we are always greeted as if we are their best customers (& Iâm sure they have many customers that are more frequent customers than us !!!!)Our last visit was Easter Sunday & all our dishes were prefect. Obviously we will be back !!!!

I have visited the Cellar on three occasions over the past six months and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as part of a large group, a smaller booking and even as a twosome. The service, the food and the wine has been excellent. It is well managed and accommodating, as you would expect from a small independent business. If you like the wine and cheese offer, you will not be disappointed and the Cellar goes that little bit further on quality than you might experience at similar establishments in Wimborne and Verwood (not to knock them in saying this- its just the Cellar is marginally better at it). I highly recommend this business and do not be put off by one parties experience which has 3 slightly negative reviews on this platform which I think is an unlikely experience.. Although I am sure they speak with honest reflection, that was one group only, out of hundreds of people who will experience a different outcome. I am entirely independent of this business but I know a decent operation when I see it and the team here work very hard to please and succeed 99% of the time. So go on, give it a try and support a lovely local business working hard to deliver excellent results. I will be back for sure.Thank you very much for your review and we do try our very best. Forno makes totally authentic and delicious pizza and we go regularly. We lived in Italy for 5 years so we are very fussy and this is the real deal. The prices and service are excellent too. Highly recommended and so much better than the overpriced chains around with little authenticity.

Visited at lunchtime on a saturday. Really friendly service, great menu with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. We opted for a few starters and mains to share. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Best Lebanese we've had since coming back from the middle east.
