Again thanks to tripadvisor for this restaurant......were warmly greeted at the door by the cook and were promptly seated although we had no reservations. Simple restaurant without any pretentious decorations...fantastic. Started with a board of salumi which had local cold cuts such as prosciutto, salami, and other delicious meats, along with a wide selection of cheeses all on typical sardinian bread pane "carasau". This board was at least 1 metre long.....we were four, and honestly could not finish everything on it. Followed this with a bowl of pasta Carbonara made with guanciale..the house specialty hence the name of the resuarant... which was also very good....all washed down with some great Montepulciano.....What a meal...left stuffed, and prices were very reasonable..quality of food amazing, and service friendly and courteous. We had dinner here this week and, as we live locally, just turned up without booking. Incredibly the restaurant was almost full (Tuesday evening) but we had a glass of prosecco at the bar while they prepared their last table for us. The menu is not long and quite meat oriented. The interior is very tasteful and the staff polite. We did find the kitchen a little slow (half an hour from being seated before our starters arrived). The gnocco fritto starter was excellent and the dishes all arrived together and piping hot. When my younger son's tagliata arrived and seemed much less than 'medium', they whisked it away and gave it an extra couple of minutes without blinking an eye. A lovely evening!

Very good quality simple food at its best. Very clean establishment, washroom included. All the dishes use fresh ingredients which is appreciated. Service was very attentive and at 36⬠for lunch for two including prosecco and desert it was great value. It was simple and complex at the same time. For sure would go back.

Getting there at night is not that easy, for the restaurant is isolated in a secluded dark square. But once you are in, you feel comfortable and at ease. Fish, only fish, of course, offered and served in a nice form, with some intriguing sauces. the menu is not large, but several are the attractive and tempting dishes.Not a cheap place, at the end...

Wat is great about this restaurant is the fact that it is small and you can talk over dinner, there is hardly any noise that disturbs you. You can actually imagine that you are eating at the house of a friend, the interior is very nice. Food was very good and also the wines were of very good quality. Service was great. Great value too. Don't hesitate, this is a great place.

Elegant historic restaurant in Monza , where you can eat traditional italian dishes and some review . The context is very nice , in the wonderful Hotel Della Ville near the Villa REale and the park .Also nice to take a cocktail in the bistro. Premium in breakfast quality and service .Very profesional service and nice .For me the best is : the real cotoletta alla milanese . We had a romantic dinner and the all night was a pleasant journey through the different courses. The menu is made of either specific menus (or path) in which you decide how many courses you want or a la carte. Also you can decide only how many courses you would like and leave the chef the decision. The food was extremely good and tasty. The presentation was excellent. Desserts were fabulous in both presentation and taste. Few entrees were also served. Excellent dinner and highly recommended.

Great service, we had to change from a booking from two to three people - they easily accommodated the change when we turned up despite being fully booked.Very friendly service. Delicious appetiser selection and great primi and secondi main courses. Excellent seafood selection. The turbot with pistachio was amazing. Excellent cedar sorbet with delicious tasting strawberries.
