We went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. This was honestly a wonderful experience. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were extremely well looked after. Anything we might have needed was offered and the attention to detail from the waiting staff was truly incredible. We came for a joint birthday party and no-one was disappointed! The food and drinks were absolutely superb, there was nothing I could have faulted, absolutely nothing! The portions were very good too which I was pleasantly surprised by!Mr. Rami, the manager of Allegro restaurant himself came out into us many times to check that all his guests were happy, which I thought was great. I don't think anyone on our table had ever been so sad to leave a restaurant at the end! Thank you so much for everything.The staff really have it together here, making it wonderfully personal. This was a truly exceptional treat, so thank you to everyone at Al-Riwaq restaurant for a fantastic experience!

we visited as a couple, the place is simply great.Excellent food, wonderful service, warm and respectful team, ambiance and setup is elegant yet cosy. the Shisha is by far the best that we tried so far. and equally importantly; the price range is fair. we recommend everyone in Ramallah area to try it.

The Lemon is one of my favorite restaurants in Ramallah. The ice cream Kanafee is truly a delightful dessert that must be shared with friends. And it can only be found at the Lemon. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Once I arrive I never want to leave. The outdoor covered dining area is heated in the wintertime so that I can enjoy the ambience all year long. It is a restaurant that I frequent often and recommend highly.

We enjoyed our lunch at Vanilla. Staff were courteous and very helpful providing advice and suggestions about the menu. The portions were decent and prices fair for the oversized bubble city that is Ramallah. I chose the chicken steak which was oddly enough considered a "sandwich" on the menu. It had two side sauces and a mini salad. The flavours worked nicely with each other, but the chicken steak was on the rubbery and tough side. My wife went for the Mexican salad which had a nice savoury and spicy taste served in a huge fried peace of bread. My daughter went for her favourite fetuccini dish which was full of chicken and mushrooms. We had the mixed appetizer dish which was huge and filled with fried stuff. Overall we enjoyed lunch there and would definitely get back there.

Iâve been to this place almost every other day for business meals and suddenly I figured out that the owner doesnât have the minimum respect of honoring the basics of food serving.Last Thursday I ordered two pizzas to go and when picking them up I found that they are burned. I told him that these are burned and canât take them home. He started hitting the pans against the walls so the detach from the pans and one of the fell on the ground. He didnât notice that I was watching the whole situation and he had put the pizza back into the pans and poured lots of catchup on top of it.Ironically Iâve never thought that Iâll ever be witnessing such a meal preparation for my kids.I left the place immediately and decided that Iâll never go back. Dear Mr Ragheb Bodari Your bad review has deeply touched saddene us, after your many visitsto Pronto.A few days ago, you ordered two pizzas to go and when you arrived to pick them up, you said they were burned and felt down The pizzas as you wrote were still in the pans in which they'd been bakedin our pizza oven -- they hadn't even been transferred to the take-away boxes. we would have been more than happy to make two other new, fresh, pizzas for you, if you weren't satisfied.
