Gniezno ([ˈɡɲeznɔ] ( listen); German: Gnesen) is a city in central-western Poland, about 50 kilometres (31 miles) east of Poznań, with about 70,000 inhabitants. One of the Piast dynasty's chief cities, it was mentioned in 10th-century sources, possibly including the Dagome Iudex, as the capital of Piast Poland. The Roman Catholic archbishop of Gniezno is the primate of Poland, making it the country's ecclesiastical capital. It has belonged since 1999 to the Greater Poland Voivodeship, and is the administrative seat of Gniezno County (powiat).

The pizza was Ok, the desserts super nice.Also the service was quite unbelievable, the young tall waiter which name I forgot, was very knowledgeable about all the foods and dessert.The restaurant is across the street from few hundred years old gothic Cathedral.Amazing place , so please visit after dinner.

Cienkie, super wypieczone ciasto, odpowiednia iloÅÄ dodatków. PrzemiÅa Pani, która nas obsÅugiwaÅa.WróciliÅmy po 2 tygodniach. Zamówiona pizza (znowu Åwietna), penne ze szpinakiem, penne z szynkÄ , zupa szpinakowa i zupa cebulowa. Cebulowa smaczna, szpinakowa i penne ze szpinakiem to to samo. Zupka po prostu rozrzedzona. Ogólnie trudne do przeÅkniÄcia. Najgorsze to penne z szynkÄ . Nie wiem co to byÅÄ za szynka ale smakowaÅa strasznie i przypominaÅa dawnÄ komunistycznÄ konserwówkÄ. Do tego wszystko letnie i niechlujnie podane. ObsÅugujÄ cy nas mÅody Pan byÅ tak chyba z przypadku. Tasty, fast and really cheap. The pasta dishes are tasty and are prepared really fast, probably pre-made but good quality. The people is really friendly.

What a great spot for pizza! We really enjoyed the food, the pizzas were excellent. This place is very popular among locals. The staff was friendly, they set the tv for the sports event we wanted to watch.

Nice place in the city of Gniezno, not so far away from Poznan. Restaurant is located in an old renovated building, looks outside like a warehouse. Interior is very nice with a lot of bricks and wood. You wouldn't expect with a name like that but food is mainly Polish and good. Can recommend it, good meat and fish.
