The location is spectacular with views out towards the mountains to the west and north and across the plains to the east and south, with an extensive view of Cavour's shale rooftops and antique town centre. The food at the restaurant was equally exquisite, both in presentation and flavour. The only downside was that service was initially somewhat slow, though they did turn it up a notch and have me out by the agreed time. Also very reasonably priced, so well worth returning to.

Arrivederci a presto!!

Per me e'inconcepibile che un ristorante/agriturismo od altro, non consegni a chi.entra nel locale, menù e relativi prezzi Non rimane che alzarzi e andare altrove. Come e'successo.

Restaurant - Since 5 generations, the Genovesio family has been delighting all guests with genuine food prepared following recipes handed down from generation to generation. Today La Posta is patronized by those who appreciate the simplicity of an authent
You will be welcome outside the entrance by a scale ... up to 200kg. This is where to start.Portions are immense (each individual order is good for three people).Food is absolutely correct, in the proper Piemontese tradition.Big menu, great wine-list.Informal, but also nice and cozy.In an alley just in the middle of this very nice small town.Suggested for food feasts! Recommended but to be taken into small doses ... or in few visits the scale up to 200 kg won't be enough.

we stayed in Barge (Alter Hotel - great) and ate here. very short drive, cool little town. The 2 guys working (I think one is owner?) were super patient and helpful. extensive cellar with super low prices, encouraging us to splurge a bit on the vino. I went back the next day to buy a few bottles from the cellar they were that cheap. The owner gave me 2 extra bottles, white and red, for free, AND they were really good! Food was also excellent.

Great little restaurant off the beaten track in Cavour. Attentive service, delicious food (I have tried the pizza, a starter and and a steak and never been disappointed) and all in all they are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Drove past this restaurant looking for somewhere to eat as we passed through Saluzzo, quickly read its review on Trip and stopped there for lunch. Beautiful restaurant, modern, clean, tidy, tasteful. Sat in the large, grey open space under the cool ceiling fans admiring the tasteful decor. Friendly efficient staff welcomed and served us (my husband, baby and I).We ordered a fish starter which was delicious (see photo) shared a pesto trofie dish (wonderful) and had a secondo each. My roast beef was disappointing, a little over cooked and dry with a tasteless salad. My husband's fish dish was tasty. So three out of four dishes very good. We had a bottle of wine , skipped desserts, and finished with coffee. Fair value at â¬70 considering the wine was 24â¬.Bathrooms lovely and a baby changing table too. Would definitely return if I was in the area!
