Went there with my wife for a dinner together as we don't often have the chance to spend time together due to our travel schedules. We decided to eat at Ticino as it is not too far from where we live.The service was very forthcoming but unfortunately the food was rather boring and average in quality. My wife had a salmon steak which we understand is often frozen if Thailand, but most probably frozen for a bit too long on this case, or cooked wrong as it was very dry and tasteless.Although the service was friendly we didn't fully enjoy the evening due to the food quality. I must say we probably won't return.

This place would have gotten a five-star review if they had been playing Italian music or something that actually fits with the whole Italian restaurant theme instead of having a TV on the wall with disco/club music. The food was excellent, though. I just don't understand how a place like this would get that one piece of the restaurant puzzle wrong. Sad.

This is one of those owners that is following the despicable practice of refusing entry to transgender women. They need to be called on their inhumanity. Just because the Thailand police are âtoo busyâ to enforce all of the laws of the country does not mean that you need to behave like this is 1950âs USA where they did the same thing to black people. Treating them like animals and not letting them into the same places that white people congregated. Have some decency and respect. Quit treating transgender women like they are not human. I was shocked and enraged when my transgender friends were turned away from dining.Since that incident I have found out that there are other bars, dance clubs and restaurants that are refusing to serve transgender women. I would invite the owners of these bars, dance clubs and restaurants that have any level of human compassion to re-think what they have been doing. It is time to change your ways.I do not have the power to be able to shut these inhumane places down but I do want to encourage anyone who reads this, to boycott all of the bars, dance clubs and restaurants that continue to practice this level of prejudice. If change will not come out of the common sense notion that all non-harming human beings need to be treated with respect. Then perhaps change will come because of loss of income if more and more people stand up for transgender women by refusing to attend these places. If you are inspired to make this world a better place, you are encouraged to either educate the owners or boycott these places. You could also share this information with others that may not even know this is going on.

Ok, to admit we know of this restaurant when we were in Singapore and surprised to find out that they had branches here at pattaya and Bangkok. So we wanted to try it out to see if the standard was the same and of course, better pricing since we were in Thailand.We were not disappointed at all as they displayed the same friendly and attentive services like they did in Singapore. Not only that, the food quality was identical. We had our favourite burrata cheese with Parma ham, aglio olio and lasagne. Everything was good and we were very satisfied with the taste.The place to go for good Italian fare definitely.

Great Italian restaurant in the Centara Hotel. Food was fresh, beautifully presented and while expensive by Thai standards - very reasonable by American or European standards. Pasta dishes were first rate as were the salads. Service was professional and efficient but not rushed. The setting, right off the lobby, was beautiful and elegant. This restaurants surely offers an authentic Italian dish without a doubt. Chef greet the customers and gives some good recommendations and even do dish thatâs out of the menu. Scallopina in Melanise style was absolutely delicious. Mediterranean Salad was a mixture of everything I can ask for a salad. Panna cotta was tempting enough to make me have another one. The team was extremely helpful,very attentive and friendly the entire time. The music was lovely. This place serves up great Italian food with a big dose of Italian hospitality. The pizza is awesome - the best I have had so far in Pattaya. The pasta is great and so are the main dishes. Nice atmosphere and great staff. I will keep coming back!
