Sabe aquele dia da viagem de férias que você bateu perna o dia todo? E nesse verãozão? Daà você volta pro hotel, toma um banho e dá aquela preguiça de sair....a pizza da Pizzaria Varanda é a melhor pedida. Chega quentinha, é bem recheada, massa no ponto certo, molho de tomate de verdade...e o preço é ótimo! Agora, quando voltar pra Atibaia já deixo agendada uma data pra essa pizza!!!

Hidden in the historical center of Atibaia, Inês delivers on its promise of a true and absolutely delicious Naoplitan style pizza. Great for a gathering with friends over a few beers or a Basil Smash (must have).

Claro que as pessoas vão à um restaurante italiano para comer massas....SQN....rs...eu sempre peço o peixe com legumes passados na manteiga, o arroz à grega único e meu marido não resiste ao filé à parmagiana...então é assim, se vc não estiver com fome, vai desperdiçar comida porque os pratos são fartos. E, se estiver com pressa, peça massas porque saem mais rápido. Nós não vamos a um restaurante assim, onde somos muito bem atendidos e a comida é maravilhosa, para ter pressa, por isso esperamos com prazer pelo prato que escolhemos.Voltaremos sempre!

This is an Italian restaurants with lots of great pizzas. We asked for the 4 cheese and the palmito one, both were very good. This are thin pizzas. We had a salad too and it was big and tasty. This is not the cheapest Italian restaurant at Atibaia but you will eat well. Staff is also nice.

The restaurant is very nice and the food is of good quality, nicely presented and of good portions. Unfortunately, everything we had lacked flavor and seasoning. My wife orderd the ravioli with brie and apricot. You couldn't taste any apricot. I had the buffalo mozzarella green ravioli. The fresh tomato sauce tasted like chopped up tomatos with no seasoning. My son had the childrens spaghetti with an equally flat tomato sauce. The canolis lacked flavor though you could tell they were made with good ingredients.If the food weren't so bland I would have given this restaurant a 4 or maybe 5 star rating. But as it stands, it deserves only 3.

Traditional Pizza place where you can find great food and good service. My preferred Pizza is called 'Veneza'- Tuna, Cottage cheese, hearts of palm and onion (Great!!). They have also one veggie stuffed with eggplant cover with mussarella cheese-deliciousI prefer to seat outside the main saloon and enjoyed a very cold Draft Beer. They can get you a refreshing Caipirinha and you can choose lime, strawberry or pineapple among the fruits they have available. Prices are affordable and friday and saturday night at the most busy days. They have also a delivered service but honestly, nothing compares the pleasure of eating the pizza seconds after been cooked in the traditional wood oven.

When we entered this lovely little restaurant, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by the owner. We do not speak Portuguese, and his English was little better. But he did a fabulous job explaining the menu, and brought someone who did speak English to care for us. They made the fettuccine fresh that day, and it tasted like it. I had Fettuccine alla' Arrabiata. It was richly flavored, spicy, with a lot of complexity. My friend had Fettuccine alla' Puttanesca. He loved it. Portions were just right. House wine was delicious. Both of us chose winners. But the star of the evening (outside of the wonderful service), was the Cannelloni.I was wishing my wife was with me, because the decor is charming, the wine and food delicious, and (though it seems cliche to say so) they really treated us as warmly as family. What a great find! .Obrigado a vocês que foram muito simpáticos e conseguiram confiar no meu limitado inglês. Procurei explicar os pratos e dar ênfase à massa que tinha acabado de ficar pronta e pude inclusive terminar de cortá-la na máquina O CANNOLI é uma das sobremesas que estão fazendo sucesso aqui na Cantina por seguirmos uma receita siciliana (de minha nonna) tradicional. Espero que retornem em breve pois adoramos servÃ--los. Um abraço, chef GINO DINELLI.
