My husband and I came here for a meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a couple of drinks outside on the upstairs terrace initially, which was lovely, then ate in the bar area downstairs.Food (3 courses) was amazing - especially the scotch egg! I had wanted to try this place for a while. First visit i went with a friend. She had the southern fried mushroom burger which is simply massive. It came with chips and ahe chose the chinese salt n pepper seasoning. I had the 'chicken tikka masala'which was so tasty but i couldnt finish it all. I also had a pina colada bubble shake. Mmm it was all so good i went back two days later with my mum who pulled a face at 'vegan' food initially i wanted to tey the delicious looking chips so i chose those (cajun) with a dish off the starter menu; The gyozas. I loved them with the dipping sauce. So nice. Mum also chose from the starter menu and had the spring rolls with sweet potato fries. She loved everything. I teied the strawberry bubble shake. Really good and made from fresh strawberries..i went back a few days later with a couple of friends. One had the salisbury steak with rice, i had the frankfurter and chinese salt n pepper chips with kendal mint cake tea and my other friend had the shitake pho. All were so delicious. That pho has my name on it for next time!!Lovely owners, friendly staff and the food is just lovely. Very extensive menu in terms of food and drink choices. I will be returning many times
