This trattoria is situated in the center of Castelsardo and in direct competition with other restaurants around. We were greeted with a handshake by the owner and learned stories about his family life. We also had lessons about Sardinian cooking (with practical fine tasting experience) and enjoyed the local Cannonau red wine and nice desserts. Vivid atmosphere!

This restraunt is really a hidden little gem. Me and my girlfriend came here multiple times. I had the gnocchi, ravioli, carbonara and my girlfriend had various sea food dishes. All of the food was so tasty and some of the best we had in Sardinia. The rest has a really nice veiw of the castle and sea. The waitress was so warm and friendly and made this a great dining experience.

The service was perfect with high attention. The restaurant had all white interior with white linens, accompanied with a white wood pizza oven. We had two pizzas and two different pasta dishes which were sooo good. The white wine was kept in a bucket of ice next to the table, which made it feel a bit luxurious. We are so pleased, only cons is that it was a bit warm inside since it was so hot outside. An air conditioning would have been suitable. 4 dishes with a bottle of wine and two soft drinks to the children, 75â¬. Given the service and the food, I think it was well worth the money.
