My family and I have been going to this restaurant every Saturday for over 2 years,We pre-book as from midweek on wards it gets very busy,Also after 7pm at weekends it fills up quickly and if party's are in it can get a bit loud as people try talk over 1 another.(The only down side)Food always excellent hot and very tasty staff are friendly and will recommend meals to try out if unsure.If your out and fancy an curry,eat in or take away,I would highly recommend this restaurant.times we bump into many returning customers so I need to say no more!10/10Terry Julie and JoeTerry Julie and Joe, you guys are apart of our furniture. We ordered a takeaway from Olive last month. Firstly weâre struck by the amazing selection on the menu, some really unusual regional dishes and street food selections not available from any other Indian in town. That said the usual favourites were still there. We ordered a good selection. Ordering was easy and we opted to collect because they give you a discount for collection. The food was amazing, I have travelled extensively in India and this is as authentic as Iâve tasted since. Simply lovely. Weâve ordered 2 more takeaways since and are planning to eat in soon. The refurbishment of the old Indian that was there before is wonderful. Itâs so different the colours and lighting make it look very inviting. Looking forward to our next Indian meal from Olive. Highly recommended! Enjoyed an excellent meal, faultless food and service. Even though a total idiot had placed a dummy order for £100 putting their kitchen under unnecessary pressure, our meal was still piping hot and delicious. Highly recommended. thank you very much for taking the time out to write your review it is much appreciated by me and my team.

Was visiting family who live in sandy this week, popped in for a mid week curry.Restaurant had a few people in it, got seated straight away and the service was good.Our food order was taken in good time, we ate chicken Madras, lamb Parthia, rice, mushroom Bhaji, sag aloo, all the food was hot and very tasty.I have no idea how much the bill was as I did not pay!l I donât think it was overly pricey.I would visit again if in the area and would recommend.

Some Indian food can be rather bland, maybe overpowered by spices in other cases. This does not apply to Rasoi - very tasty and flavoursome food. I can also confirm the rave reviews of the handi mutton (and, in our case, the prawn balti).Service was also pretty good, although it was a tad quiet for a Saturday night.All in all, very much recommended

Our first visit to The Lounge India although we had ordered takeaways previously and they were very good. I have to say the four of us were most impressed with the way in which we were greeted, the food was excellent and the prices reasonable. The menu is extensive, something for everyone. The choice of deserts wasnât good although that may be a cultural thing, perhaps the other courses are supposed to suffice.However the whole experience was very good and we shall definitely visit again.Hi Paul,Thank you so much for your review, and it was an absolute pleasure your table was fantastic really enjoyed meeting you all.We have updated the desserts to match our cousin, and am looking at the options in the new year.Thank you again, and look forward to welcoming you all again.
