Visited here at the weekend and glad we booked! Lovely atmosphere in this cosy but modern restaurant. We are always warmly welcomed by every single staff member as we are now regulars. The food is absolutely delicious and large portions, so excellent value for money. We have tried other Indian restaurants in the town over the past few months but gala tandoori is by far the most superior in terms of quality of food, friendliness of staff and value for money. Well done guys, superb on all levels.

We all had the chicken tikka main course with our choice if sauce and pilau rice. Ghe sauces were all nice but the chicken tikka isn't chicken tikka at all. It just diced chicken that they've dyed a red colour. Its completely tasteless. We won't be going back here but will go to gala Tandoori instead

Been coming here for years and continue to be impressed. Very popular with the locals so book ahead at weekends and buffet nights.Portions are large so Iâd recommend sharing starters if you want to finish your mains. Naan breads are awesome.Great, friendly, family service.Drinks are inexpensive for a restaurant too.

Not used this place for a while now but on this occasion it was âneeds mustâ.Have to say that they were quick and efficient and the food hit the spot. Impressed with the range of food available and by the fact that its freshly cooked. In fact with Sossio retiring this may be our first choice when we need a âchippyâ!Very glad to hear. We now also have our own online ordering system which is a new way of ordering :)
