On our way from Pisa Airport we were looking for somewhere to have lunch and this restaurant looked inviting. There were only a few other diners when we arrived. We were seated right away and given very extensive menus. We all chose to have a starter and a main course. Our waiter suggested a pasta dish which was like ravioli with ragut sauce and fish for mains. Both courses were scrumptious as well as a local red wine to accompany our meal. The bill was reasonable for such a delicious meal. We were staying locally for one week and decided one lunchtime to return to this restaurant. On this occasion, the waiter suggested that we try the mushrooms which had just been delivered. They were so tasty. again we had a bottle of local red wine which was very smooth. We were also given a taste of homemade bread with dips at no cost and on our way out the owner of the restaurant gave us some tips and booklets on local places of interest. A delightful meal in a rural setting.

Birra buonissima e cibo ottimo, ambiente accogliente e veramente molto carino. Personale preparato ,molto accogliente e simpatico. Prezzi più che giusti. Ci torneremo al 100%. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Ci è stato consigliato questo rifugio da amici del posto che ce ne avevano parlato molto bene, ci rechiamo qui sabato sera per una tavolata di 12 persone. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa e cordiale, ma il cibo di scarsa qualità e sopratutto tutto crudo; abbiamo pensato che forse da queste parti si mangia cosi... Forse un errore in cucina o nel taglio della carne? Il giudizio non può che essere negativo. Peccato

Tables are well spaced in amongst the trees which have pretty lights hanging from the branches. Tables around the pool too. Large car park and well sign posted. The service was friendly and efficient and the courses well spaced. Crisp white tablecloths and the food was beautifully cooked and plentiful with plenty of interesting choices on the menu. The price at the top end for the area but well worth it! Definitely one to return to. Thanks for coming in our restaurant and trying our dishes.At the next time
