Oltre a pizze tradizionali, anche abbinamenti più inusuali. Noi per esempio abbiamo preso una pizza con salmone e tartufo, un'altra che era una specie di carbonara con dei filamenti di cipolla fritta sottilissima e una classica Margherita. I condimenti sono molto buoni ma l'impasto è da migliorare, forse anche perché era la prima sfornata (erano le 19 e le ho prese da asporto). Mi hanno detto che è impasto senza glutine ma la cosa non è pubblicizzata, quindi non ne sono sicura. à da chiedere.Fuori il posto è isolato, in mezzo al bosco, quindi secondo me mangiare fuori le sere d'estate sarà bellissimo, per chi deciderà di restare al tavolo.Fa anche carne alla brace, fritti... Ci sono degli aspetti da migliorare ma i gestori sono davvero giovani e pieni di entusiasmo; hanno aperto da pochissimo e sicuramente in poco tempo aggiusteranno il tiro sugli aspetti da migliorare.

This was our first visit to this new restaurant but certainly not our last. It is a beautiful setting - medieval town, old walls, easy parking - we were sitting in the garden under an umbrella of vines. The staff are attentive but not intrusive and the food is beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. Prices were very reasonable and there was a good wine list. Very highly recommended.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante per festeggiare un'importante ricorrenza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ambiente luminoso ed accogliente, staff gentile e servizio veloce ed attento. Tutte le portate sono state davvero buonissime, saporite, gustose, ottima cottura, ingredienti freschi. Consigliatissimo!
