Brilliant ending to a fabulous Graduation Day at Hudds Uni for our son. Close family meal for 7. The whole experience was great. Endless supply of meat and extra effort made to please the ones that wanted it more cooked. Super efficient waitressing, already planning to return in September for a friends birthday and already spreading the word for a âMust Tryâ to many friends. Visited here with family for a celebration. It was steak night when we got there, 6 of the party had steak and said it was very good. The other 2 had steak an ale pie, good pie, very tender steak, only criticism was the gravy was quite salty. Otherwise very good food quality. The establishment has been recently extended and decorated, which is very nicely done. Cracking view from inside and outside over Huddersfield and countryside beyond.

Went here with my husband for his birthday treat, very tasty food with plenty choices, Bonus, you take your own wine or beers, only water, juices, tea or coffee is served. Decor is very tasteful & modern, with very friendly helpful staff.Definitely recommend this restaurant

A group of us stopped here for something to eat on a day out doing the Ale Trail railway trip from stalybridge to Huddersfield and found the service and food to be very good despite the fact we all had probably a bit too much to drink. Definitely somewhere we all agreed to return on a more sober trip - as well as Marsden being a lovely place this restaurant is a little gem.
