Went for dinner with a friend who is regular and what can I say. One of the best Italian food experiences in long time. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food is amazing and plate presentation is beautiful. The restaurant was very busy. My starter was Polpette al sugo followed by the main course Petto di pollo alla Milanese. Very tasteful, beautifully prepared and felt very satisfied. Reminds me of the food served in Sorento. Will be back very soon.

There is a reason that this is rated the best restaurant in Brighton. Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I had the tasting menu which I would highly recommend. All the food was amazing - I was stuffed but wanted more. The incredible food was topped off with very friendly staff. A must go to if you visit Brighton.

Had a meal for 6 on Bank holiday Monday.Unfortunately 2 steaks that were ordered medium rare were served well done.However, they were replaced with apologies and without question with 2 perfect steaks and to my surprise,we weren't charged for these items. All of the other meals were perfect and we had a great time.Sometimes its about how you correct a problem and the Talbot deals with it perfectly and I would"nt hesitate in returning.
