The population is estimated as 92,987, as of 2014. The old summer capital of pre-colonial Tunisia, it is today a popular vacation spot for many wealthy Tunisians. It is connected to Tunis by the TGM railway. Gammarth is adjacent to El Marsa further up the coast.

We tried this new restaurant last week. Though it seems small and most tables are on the patio, it is fancier than a fast food restaurant. The setting was nice and clean, and the service was quick and cheerful. As the name indicates, they serve typical Turkish style grilled meats. The spices differ greatly from the usual Tunisian shawarmas or donairs, and this was a nice welcomed change. We ordered the meal for two, which included soup, rice, salad, and several types of grilled meat. The presentation of the dish was wonderful, the food was delicious, and we were both stuffed by the end of the meal. The price was very reasonable (25 dinars for 2 = less than $18). I recommend trying this restaurant, and we will surely return.

This place served food that contained gluten that was labeled glutenfree to my celiac husband on two different occasions. Every time we triple asked about content to make sure that the food is glutenfree. It turned out they werenât, confirmed later by the owner. For a place that presents itself as health conscious, labels its food as glutenfree, it is inacceptable to misled its costumers. If you have food intolerance, be careful.

Un bon burger situé dans le sud de la marsa avec des frites corectes et un hamburger plutôt pas mal du tout (bon et de belle taille pour le double steak). La deco et vraiment agreable (a noter une tv ou passe du foot) et un service tres bien. A refaire

Nice go have a choice of burgers here in Tunis. I personally think Le Zink has the best burger in town but this place rivals it and the service is good. Nice clean place and you will enjoy your dinner. Thumbs up.
