Called in just after opening to pick up dinner on our way home from shopping. The front of house is spotlessly clean and bright and freshly decorated. The staff are very polite and welcoming. We ordered two house special curries with boiled rice and waited only 5 minutes despite there being other customers and orders being taken by phone. The meals were delicious, cooked just right and very tasty. This is a cut above other Chinese takeaways in my opinion and it also has a 5* hygiene rating. We will definitely be using Senh Yip in future. Excellent.

Experienced fish & chips shop.Friendly service most of the time.Chips are very good.Good idea having live streaming TV on as a way to keep waiting-in-queue customers occupied with something to watch.When ordering children's food portions, stick to serving what you advertise, and do not alter the children's offer with under-under-sized fish portions (making them on the spot just to use up the under-under-sized fish portions instead of the already available average small fish portions, which aggravates the waiting customer for no need).The fruit drink pouches provided in the children's meal deal are cheap and nasty. These fruit drink pouches are very difficult to open up and drink without spillages. You can get the popular Fruit Shoot drink bottles for 25 pence each (bulk buy) and you can still make a massive profit !

I've always enjoyed whatever I've purchased from May Flower, until today that is. One of their best and tastiest dishes was the Twin Fried Rice consisting of rice, shrimps and meat with a sweet and sour sauce at one end of the carton and a curry sauce at the other. However it's pretty clear that the 'suits' or 'accountants' have become involved in the kitchen as although the carton remains the same size, what's in it is a big big disappointment now. The menu states shrimps, but I found only one singular shrimp. Meat was marginally easier to find with three short thin strips of chicken prominently displayed on top and a couple of miniscule pieces of a dark brown meat hidden beneath. I guess that the container also held a desert spoon full of sweet and sour sauce and a similar quantity of curry sauce, the rest of the contents being just rice. And to add insult to injury they've increased prices by about 5% since my last visit. As another correspondent commented recently, "time to find somewhere else". I shan't be back.

I recently moved down to the Rugby area after 40 years of living in Liverpool. Liverpool knows how to do Chinese! So, weâve struggled these past months trying to find somewhere half decent. The Ruby express is the best Chinese I have encountered to date. Itâs not amazing. I would rate it as GOOD but certainly the best we have come across and we will order from here again. It was also bang on time.

I have just bought my first portion of fish and chips, they were delicious very hot and fresh, I will definitely be using them again.The staff were very friendly to. We have been loyal Customers of Lazzolli for a considerable time & the service & quality are nothing but OUTSTANDING each & every time! Whether we call in to personally collect the order or use their superbly efficient & convenient home-delivery service, the quality & presentation of the food is always, consistently exceptional! Brilliantly fresh salads, high quality meats, we especially love the chicken sheesh & lamb sheesh & their homemade chilli sauce, cacik & houmous is utterly delicious & simply another level!! We have been completely overwhelmed & honoured to have the Proprietors, whom we affectionately call Mr & Mrs Lazzolli, (sorry Alison!), personally deliver our order to our home in Pailton; what a privilege!!
