It would have been so easy to walk past the place apart from the busy atmosphere and the recommendation from a work colleague. No disappointment either the friendly staff, the choice of food. The quality of the food was absolutely excellent. Highly recommend a visit here.

As a doctor of the humanities, I feel absolutely certain that this is among the most horrific dining experiences that I have ever undertaken. Despite the fact that the entire restauraunt was hung with the grisly remains of noble animals, I was forbidden from adorning myself with those self-same skins. If you are a person of culture, avoid this infernal cess-poll at all costs P.S. The old woman is a loveless crone.

This restaurant is a bit French inspiwred but you can have the local sea food as well. Everything is well prepared but this restaurant is a bit expensive but so are all other restaurants in Sonderho. Do go since the food is great and the atmosphere is cosy

Nice restaurant in the city centre.Location is fine and the menu quite interesting, with some local specialities available.Good quality of the food, taken fish as appetizer and main course, and the service. Price in line with the other restaurants in that area.

The staff where great in the bar and restaurant every time I visited the Dronning Louise, in the summer to sit outside in the town square or in doors, the service was at a very high standard, prices very good for Denmark

Be sure to make your reservation in due time so you won't miss this gastronomical pearl. Both the food and the service is international standard and you are enjoying your food in old low-ceilinged small spaces stuffed with historic atmosphere. It's not cheap but it's worth every penny.

Had the local speciality Bakskuld here for lunch. This was the best Bakskuld i ever had (admit you dont get it many places though......). My wife had the salmon which was also served nicely despite the portion was rather small. The Bakskuld however was a large portion.

The Retaurant Ambassaden ("The Embassy") is situated in the centre of the town of Nordby on Fanoe. The layout of the restaurant is very fine with good spacing between the tables. Service was very friendly and efficient with very good recommendations on the menu and wine list.The menu is rather limited in size due to the philisophy that everything is made from fresh local supplies and that the chef personally can vouch for it. Much to our (pleasant) surprise the prices were cheaper than expected for that quality of food, wine and service received.The Restaurant Ambasseden is highly recommended.

In our weekend trip to Fanø this was by clearly the best meal we had. We had fish, veal and cheese. And both the fish and veal where really great. And also the total price was surprising. Well worth a visit if you enjoy food!

Had a variety of dishes for a family lunch. Landgangsbrød was my choice and its extraordinary and gives you three main local tastes. Others had omelette and smørrebrød. Also happy faces.In addition the service was quick despite the restaurant was busy.Also dont forget the great cheese selection for take away!
