Outstanding! Excellent comfort food and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ira and her family went out of their way to make us comfortable. It was like walking into my auntie's kitchen. We will definitely be back soon.

I had a meal here last night with my family. We really enjoyed the sharing platters - a wonderful way to eat. The food was delicious and the hosts were lovely. The coffee ceremony was fantastic. I wish I could have bought some of those wonderful roasted coffee beans to take home. We will be back. Thanks for your positive comment. Hope to see you soon again. With Regards,Abdul Beehan ( Manager, Abyssinia Cafe' and Restaurant)

Independant french café in Headingley. We offer a selection of tasty food and drinks prepared everyday with passion. Our food is prepared only with the best choice of quality products.
I have been three times now and the crepe was very tasty. It's the third time I've had the same thing, I will have to try something else. The only negative was a family with noisy children, and one of the children insisted on sitting on her own table, and the parents let her; this lost MD some customers, and we left early too to get pudding elsewhere in peace.

New concept coffee, bar & kitchen serving artisan wood-fire roasted coffee, with an extensive food and drinks menu to cater for breakfast, brunch, and evening meals.
Not quite a 5* place for reasons I will explain later. But first the good points: the food is tasty and well-presented. Itâs great value for money. The owners definitely welcome you and the service is attentive but not oppressive! You get crystal glasses for your drinks! On the downside - place is a little small and gets noisy. My particular put-off was the parading of guests (maybe customers - more probably friends of the owners) with their dogs! Staff were stroking the dogs and then served us our food! No thanks! One of the dogs was big enough to be mistaken for a small horse! Finally people go outside to smoke - close to the open front door - all the smoke ends up back inside!Hey Costas!Thank you for kind words on our food and drink offerings! We take hygiene very seriously which is evident from our 5 star from the Food Standard Agency. As we are dog friendly and provide them with treats, staff are trained to wash their hands if they provide the warm welcome that we encourage here. If customers are exiting the premises to smoke, it is their responsibility to ensure they are away from the door and non-smokers are not affected by their second hand smoke. Overall we hope this hasn't deterred you from visiting us again. It would be a pleasure to have to try us again. Cheers,Residence74 Team

We went for breakfast and left after 30 mins of waiting to be served. It is a small place so it would be difficult to ignore two people sat at a table however, the waitress managed to ignore us very well. Can't comment on the food because we didnt have all day to wait around even to be asked if we would like a drink.Probably the rudest, unprofessional (lack of) service I have ever come across.

Brilliant little cafe/restaraunt. Came here with a couple of friends to get a bite to eat, was given great service by a young lady called corinne, who not only helped us decide what to eat and drink but couldnt do enough to keep us happy. The home-made lemonade coupled with some complimentary home made dips (hummus, sour cream and babaganoush) just added to the whole experience. Living not too far away, I will definitely be back, probably with my parents next time they visit.Would recommend.Really pleased for your excellent review following a great experience at Oranaise. Our aim is to make sure you get a great meal and enjoy being with us.I'll convey your review to Corin e, who I am sure will be happy. Kind regards

Hi, and a very warm welcome from West Park Lounge; a café bar and bistro with a difference. Luxurious comfort, contemporary styling, comfortable ambience with an international cuisine menu to rival even the most popular restaurants or gastro pubs.
Really liked it here! Very good quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. Ideal neighbourhood restaurant, and fairly priced. The house wines are great - good quality and clearly chosen by someone who knows wine. The value for money is good, because the quality is excellent and the prices fair. Would highly recommend.

Itâs in a secondary, suburban location, but what a great little restaurant this is. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is fresh, well presented and very tasty. Prices are fair and busy takeout and delivery keep this place buzzing. The only negative was the waitress who spoke almost no English and had to be rescued by a colleague, from a customer asking a simple question. When we left there was a queue waiting for tables. Always a good sign.
