It s a beautiful place with 3 friendly dogs (who stay outside), 3 donkeys, 3 horses, a bunch of geese, rabbits, chickens, vineyard, fruit orchard and vegetable garden. We went half hour before opening time for lunch. We were treated very nicely. Times have changed. They are now capable of handling huge crowd efficiently. It is 2019. We had about 60 other high school students and their half a dozen teachers dining with us yet we got our food on time. Fresh lemon water, a huge plate of antipasti with fish and salad (we do not eat meat), mussels in a fantastically rich and yummy tomato-cream-wine sauce, plate full of linguine with sea food, an even more delicious fish gratin including cover charge was 37 Euro for two of us. I would recommend this place to everyone. We are staying a in a beautiful Airbnb in Brattiro and the owners recommended this place to us. Plenty of parking s well.

First of all the don't have printed menu's. It was difficult to order because they don't speak english very good.At the end they made a medium price of 25 euro/person, very expensive because we were 13 persons. And what we took didn't worth this amount of money. Sword fish was ok, sea bass tooFried calamary and shrimps weren't so good, too well done.Potatoes were fried in the same oil with the fish. Cozze (Mussles) were ok.The gave bruscheti and limoncello for free.Serving was poor.You can stay only outside, very small space inside.They have parking for clients in the back.

Very good burgers. Range of beef burgers and a veggie burger option, which I had. Come with very nice rosemary sauce and cheese sauce, and roasted veggies on top of the veggie burger pattie. â¬10.50-12.50 for a burger. No chips included, you have to buy them for around â¬3 extra. 'Chips' are the American type and actually freshly made crisps, so would advise instead going for the potatoes option to go with the burgers. Menu is a little confusing, maybe because of the English translation, so ask a server to clarify. Servers weren't overly friendly but okay. Chairs weren't particularly comfy. Overall good food at an okay middling price for Tropea.

After 2 days of being off food this was just what the Dr ordered. Honest, unpretentious food and good beer. What you see on the menu is what you get. We turned up just as they were setting up and the welcomed us in and fed us alcohol. Once they got sorted out around 7:30 they offered us food. And it didnât disappoint. Great wings, lovely fries, thick onion rings and two great burgers served in panini buns. The beer was excellent as well. If you want fancy. Give this a miss. If you want a change from pasta and fish. Get stuck in.

A new establishment to the area which is as good as any for a few drinks. If you're over in the height of summer, look out for appearances here from traditional Calabrian bands - it all makes for a great vibe, and the food is fantastic as well.
